Celem gł.projektu:zwiększenie l.mieszkańców regionu korzystających z oferty świetlicy wiejskiej w Starym Polichnie,będącej instytucją kultury.Warunkiem osiągnięcia celu jest poprawa stanu technicznego budynku i dostosowanie go do pełnienia funkcji kulturowych i edukacyjnych.Realizacja proj.wpłynie na:wzrost atrakcyjności woj.Lubuskiego i efektywniejszego wykorzystywania zasob.kultury,będących świadectwem tożsamości regionalnej.Celem tworzenia świetlic wiejskich jest zapewnienie społeczeństwu miejsca na spędzanie czasu wolnego,integrację,rozwijanie zainteresowań.Obecnie budynek nie spełnia oczekiwań interesariuszy.Charakteryzuje go niska izolacja cieplna,elementy konstrukcyjne wymagają remontu.Dla przywrócenia akceptowalnego stanu technicznego budynku,niezbędna jest wymiana urządzeń grzewczych,a następnie prace wykończeniowe.Podjęte w ramach proj.prace przywrócą stan zgodny z przepisami techniczno-użytkowymi i standardami związanymi z wykończeniem budynku.W rezultacie oferta obiektu pozwoli interesariuszom zaspakajać potrzeby kulturalne i edukacyjne, którymi są: •Władze gminy - dostosow.obiektu do pełnienia funkcji kulturalnych i edukacyjnych przyczyni się do wypełnienia obowiązku w zakresie zaspakajania potrzeb obywateli. •Mieszkańcy gminy,powiatu,województwa – termomodernizacja i przebudowa budynku świetlicy wiejskiej:zwiększenie oferty kulturalno-turystycznej regionu i zaspokajanie potrzeb mieszkańców regionu. •Mieszkańcy Starego Polichna-poprzez zwiększenie oferty kulturalnej i edukacyjnej,zyskają miejsce pozwalające na organizację czasu wolnego osób w różnych grupach wiekowych. •Turyści – obiekt o walorach turystycznych przyczyni się do zwiększenia zainteresowania regionem woj.Lubusk. •Nauczyciele przedszkoli oraz szkół –zwiększenie możliwości organizacji procesu dydaktycznego.
