Property / summary
The firm’s continuing growth and the adjustment of business to changing business conditions, including the global economy, have led to one of the core objectives being the internationalisation of an undertaking by increasing its presence in foreign markets, in particular in terms of purely commercial projects including the expansion into new markets, which will allow companies to expand their activities, increase their profits and, in the long term, improve their strategic position. The support received under this Sub-Action is aimed at increasing the international expansion of the company, which will contribute to the growth of trade in the external SME sector. The activities selected by the firm in the form of: • missions to international trade events,• major promotion activities,• the development of a coherent design for export offers and products. The aim is to implement the new business model of the company in order to enter new markets abroad and will be reflected in the project indicators, i.e. Number of enterprises receiving support, Number of enterprises that have implemented organisational and process-related changes, Number of enterprises supported in business internationalisation, Number of foreign commercial contracts signed by companies supported in the field of internationalisation and revenue from sales of products for export. The target group will be the foreign research agencies mainly from the United Kingdom market + ESOMAR (the European Association of Public Opinion Societies and Markets) and foreign companies from specific industries mainly from the Belgian market + an ECTP association based in Brussels and the international construction companies present there.     Ciągły rozwój firmy i dostosowanie działalności do zmieniających się warunków prowadzenia biznesu, w tym gospodarki globalnej spowodował, iż jednym z podstawowych celów jest internacjonalizacja przedsiębiorstwa poprzez zwiększenie swojej obecności na rynkach zagranicznych, w szczególności w zakresie projektów stricte komercyjnych w tym ekspansję na nowe rynki, co pozwoli na poszerzenie działalności firmy, zwiększenie zysków a w perspektywie długoterminowej poprawienie pozycji strategicznej firmy. Otrzymane wsparcie w ramach niniejszego poddziałania ukierunkowane jest na zwiększanie międzynarodowej ekspansji przedsiębiorstwa, która przyczyni się do wzrostu obrotów w handlu zagranicznym sektora MŚP. Do osiągnięcia założonego celu przyczynią się wybrane przez firmę działania w postaci: • wyjazdów na międzynarodowe imprezy targowe, • szeroko zakrojone działania promocyjne, • opracowanie spójnej koncepcji wzornictwa ofert i produktów eksportowych. Podejmowane działania mają na celu wdrożenie nowego modelu biznesowego przedsiębiorstwa w celu wejścia na nowe rynki zbytu za granicą i będą miały odzwierciedlenie w założonych wskaźnikach projektu, tj. Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie, Liczba przedsiębiorstw, które wprowadziły zmiany organizacyjno-procesowe, Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie internacjonalizacji działalności, Liczba kontraktów handlowych zagranicznych, podpisanych przez przedsiębiorstwa wsparte w zakresie internacjonalizacji oraz Przychody ze sprzedaży produktów na eksport. Grupę docelową będą stanowiły zagraniczne agencje badawcze głównie z rynku Wielkie Brytanii + stowarzyszenie ESOMAR (Europejskie Stowarzyszenie Badaczy Opinii Publicznej i Rynku) oraz zagraniczne przedsiębiorstwa z określonych branż głównie z rynku Belgii + stowarzyszenie ECTP z siedzibą w Brukseli i obecne tam międzynarodowe firmy budowlane.
