Pakość is a project that responds to the identified problems of women at risk of poverty or social exclusion due to, among others, unemployment. The main objective of the project is to increase the socio-occupational potential of 15K from the area of Gm. Pakość, at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, inter alia due to unemployment through development in the period from 7.05.2018 to 31.10.2019 of active inclusion based on a social contract. The implementation of socij contracts for 15K, using social and health assets, and 6K will additionally be covered by instr. activ. integration with professional. Activities within the framework of active social inclusion will be carried out on the basis of psychological consultations and individual consultations with a professional advisor. On the basis of this, an individual path of reintegration based on social contracts will be prepared. Support in the form of social work (on Wednesday will be the basis for the payment of assistance in the form of allowances) and the organisation of away workshops on the development of social competences combined with workshops of the Parent Academy (in addition to the participants in the departure will be attended by their immediate surroundings). In the field of active health integration, psychological therapy is planned according to the needs of the beneficiary concerned. For 6K (III profile in PUP) support will be organised to improve professional competences, e.g. in care for the elderly, sick and disabled, followed by organised paid internships, in order to check the skills acquired. Postaw na aktywność - Aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Gm. Pakość to proj. odpowiadający na zidentyfikowane problemy kobiet zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. z powodu m.in. bezrobocia. Celem głównym proj. jest zwiększenie potencjału społeczno-zawodowego 15K z terenu Gm. Pakość, zagrożonych ubóstwem i/ lub wykluczeniem społecznym m.in. z powodu bezrobocia poprzez rozwój w okresie od 7.05.2018 do 31.10.2019 instr. aktywnej integracji w oparciu o kontrakt socjalny. Przewiduje się realizację kontraktów socj. dla 15K, z wykorzystaniem instr. aktyw. społecznej i zdrowotnej, a 6K dodatkowo zostanie objętych instr. aktyw. integracji o charak. zawodowym. Działania w ramach instr. aktywnej integracji o charakterze społ. przeprowadzone zostaną diagnozą indywidualnych sytuacji problemowych, zasobów, potencjału, predyspozycji i potrzeb UP w oparciu o konsultacje psychologiczne i indywidualne konsultacje z doradcą zawodowym. Na jej podstawie zostanie przygotowana indywidualna ścieżka reintegracji w oparciu o kontrakty socjalne. Przewiduje się wsparcie w postaci pracy socjalnej (wyw. środ. stanowić będą podstawę do wypłaty pomocy w formie zasiłków)oraz zorganizowanie wyjazdowych warsztatów z zakresu rozwoju kompetencji społecznych połączonych z warsztatami Akademia Rodzica (oprócz uczestników w wyjeździe będzie uczestniczyć ich najbliższe otoczenie). Z zakresu aktywnej integracji o charakterze zdrowotnym planowana jest realizacja terapii psychologicznej w zależności od potrzeb danego beneficjenta. Dla 6K (III profil w PUP) zorganizowane zostanie wsparcie w zakresie podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych np. w zakresie opieki nad osobami starszymi, chorymi i niepełnosprawnymi, a następnie zorganizowany płatny staż, w celu możliwości sprawdzenia nabytych umiejętności. Zakupione zostaną bilety komunikacyjne uczestnikom, jeżeli wsparcie będzie miało miejsce po za terenem Pakości oraz opiekę nad dziećmi, jeżeli będzie potrzeba. (Polish)
