The realisation of the project is dictated by the need to meet the expectations of residents of the Municipalities: Rawa Mazowiecka, Biała Rawska (city and municipality) and Sadkowice (total 25745 people) in the implementation of modern and effective methods of administration (e-mail handling, use of online resources), which for this purpose concluded a partnership agreement. The common objective of the intervention is to increase the use of public e-services provided by municipal authorities. In order to achieve this, the implementation of integrated information and communication technologies, in line with the concept of universal design, was planned in line with the chosen direction of intervention. The project covers each of the above mentioned communes: Municipal Spatial Data Platform, including software and hardware. There will be implementation of the Spatial Information System with Geoportal, which will be adapted to the organisational structure of the office and will provide e-services concerning the tasks of the municipality referred to in the INSPIRE Directive. The created system will contain spatial and descriptive data. The proposed system will be used to collect spatial data, providing optimal procedures for their systematic collection, updating, processing and sharing. E-services on level 3 and 4 will be launched. In addition, the Municipal Office in Rawa Maz. plans to rebuild the system for backup and archiving of digital data of the commune – equipment and modelling and optimisation of processes in public administration (software, equipment). All municipal systems will have the necessary elements for the provision of a virtual office where the interested party will be able to bring cases electronically via the Internet. It is also planned to convert the spatial data resource of the municipality into a digital form in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Information Infrastructure Act. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia podyktowana jest potrzebą spełnienia oczekiwań mieszkańców Gmin: Rawa Mazowiecka, Biała Rawska (miasto i gmina) i Sadkowice (łącznie 25745 osób) w zakresie wdrożenia nowoczesnych i skutecznych metod administracji (załatwiania spraw drogą elektroniczną, korzystania z zasobów on-line), które w tym celu zawarły umowę partnerską. Wspólnym celem podejmowanej interwencji jest wzrost wykorzystania e-usług publicznych świadczonych przez urzędy gminne. Aby to zrealizować, w ramach obranego kierunku interwencji zaplanowano wdrożenie zintegrowanych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych, zgodnie z koncepcją uniwersalnego projektowania. W zakres projektu wchodzą dla każdej z ww. gmin: Gminna Platforma Danych Przestrzennych, a w jej ramach oprogramowanie i sprzęt. Nastąpi wdrożenie Systemu Informacji Przestrzennej wraz z geoportalem, który będzie dostosowany do struktury organizacyjnej urzędu i będzie świadczył e-usługi dotyczące zadań gminy, o których mowa w dyrektywie INSPIRE. Stworzony system będzie zawierać dane przestrzenne i opisowe. Projektowany system posłuży do gromadzenia danych przestrzennych przy zapewnieniu optymalnych procedur służących ich systematycznemu zbieraniu, aktualizowaniu, przetwarzaniu i udostępnianiu. Uruchomione zostaną e-usługi na 3 i 4 poziomie. Dodatkowo w Urzędzie Gminy w Rawie Maz. zaplanowano przebudowę systemu do backupu i archiwizacji danych cyfrowych gminy – sprzęt oraz modelowanie i optymalizację procesów w administracji publicznej (oprogramowanie, sprzęt). Wszystkie gminne systemy będą posiadały elementy niezbędne do świadczenia wirtualnego urzędu, w którym interesant będzie mógł wnosić sprawy w sposób elektroniczny przez Internet. Planuje się poza tym przetworzenie zasobu danych przestrzennych gminy do postaci cyfrowej zgodnej z wymogami Ustawy o Infrastrukturze Informacji Przestrzennej. Utworzone zostaną API (zestaw metod komunikacji pomiędzy różnymi komponentami oprogramowania). Projekt będzie promowany. (Polish)
