The implementation of the project will in particular concern the following elements of supply and works: 1) Radoszyn High School: • thermomodernisation of stropod; • warming of the outer walls; • replacement of external windows; • installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the building under consideration; • modernisation of central heating system (c.o.) and hot water (c.w.u.) by: installation of a condensing gas boiler with automation; installation of an air/water heat pump; the installation of a capacitive water heater; installation of a heat exchanger; the adaptation of the sewage system; F) Reconstruction and adaptation of ventilation systems; reconstruction of the heating system (tubes and valves); the installation of weather automation; 2) Elementary school in Międzylesie: • thermomodernisation of stropod; • warming of the outer walls; • replacement of external windows; • installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the building under consideration; • modernisation of central heating system (c.o.) and hot water (c.w.u.) by: installation of a condensing gas boiler with automation; installation of an air/water heat pump; the installation of a capacitive water heater; installation of a heat exchanger; the adaptation of the sewage system; refurbishment of the heating system (tubes and valves); g) mounting of weather automation. Przedmiotem projektu jest inwestycja w infrastrukturę Publicznego Gimnazjum im. A Fiedlera w Radoszynie oraz Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej im. Janusza Korczaka w Międzylesiu, polegająca na termomodernizacji budynków i poprawie ich efektywności energetycznej. Wnioskodawcą i Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Skąpe. Realizacja projektu w szczególności dotyczyć będzie następujących elementów dostaw i robót budowlanych: 1) Gimnazjum w Radoszynie: • termomodernizację stropodachu; • ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych; • wymianę okien zewnętrznych; • montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych na dachu rozpatrywanego budynku; • modernizację systemu centralnego ogrzewania (c.o.) i ciepłej wody użytkowej (c.w.u.) poprzez: a) montaż kotła gazowego kondensacyjnego z automatyką; b) montaż pompy ciepła typu powietrze/woda; c) montaż pojemnościowego podgrzewacza wody; d) montaż wymiennika ciepła; e) dostosowanie instalacji kanalizacyjnej; f) przebudowa i dostosowanie instalacji wentylacji; g) przebudowa instalacji grzewczej (rury i zawory); h) montaż automatyki pogodowej; 2) Szkoła podstawowa w Międzylesiu: • termomodernizację stropodachu; • ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych; • wymianę okien zewnętrznych; • montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych na dachu rozpatrywanego budynku; • modernizację systemu centralnego ogrzewania (c.o.) i ciepłej wody użytkowej (c.w.u.) poprzez: a) montaż kotła gazowego kondensacyjnego z automatyką; b) montaż pompy ciepła typu powietrze/woda; c) montaż pojemnościowego podgrzewacza wody; d) montaż wymiennika ciepła; e) dostosowanie instalacji kanalizacyjnej; f) przebudowa instalacji grzewczej (rury i zawory); g) montaż automatyki pogodowej.
