Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa budynku ZS i Placówek nr 1 na potrzeby przedszkola w miejscowości Świecie nad Osą, które będzie zapewniać 45 miejsc dla dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym. Beneficjentem projektu omawianego w niniejszym Wniosku jest Gmina Świecie nad Osą. Warto zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć wychowanków utworzonego przedszkola, wychowawców i obsługę placówki, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji inwestycji objętej niniejszym Wniosku. Głównym problemem jest słaby dostęp do usług wychowania przedszkolnego na terenie Gminy Świecie nad Osą.Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do usług wychowania przedszkolnego na terenie Gminy Świecie nad Osą poprzez przebudowę budynku ZS i Placówek nr 1.
