Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie remontu lokalu, istniejącego szamba i zakup wyposażenia dla potrzeb utworzenia obiektu realizującego usługi świadczone w środowisku lokalnym tzw. Klub Seniora w miejscowości Zduny, gmina Aleksandrów Kujawski. W istniejącym obiekcie znajduje się sala spotkań o pow. 45,67 m2, aneks kuchenny o pow. 6,55 m, korytarz o pow. 5,45 m2 oraz łazienka o pow. 6,55 m2. W ramach zadania przewiduje się wyremontowanie i utworzenie: 1 pomieszcz. ogólnodost wyposażonego w stoły i krzesła pełniącego funkcję sali spotkań, aneksu kuchennego wypos. w sprzęty, urządzenia, naczynia do przygotowania i spożycia posiłku,1 łazienki dla kobiet i mężczyzn, wydzielonego miejsca pełniącego funkcję szatni, powiększenie otworów drzwiowych do szerokości 90 cm, wykonanie nowych podłóg z płytek ceramicznych oraz montaż paneli podłogowych w pozostałej części, licowanie ścian płytkami ceramicznymi w łazience i aneksie kuchennym, okładziny ścian tynkiem żywicznym akrylowym w korytarzu, wykonanie gładzi gipsowych oraz malowania farbami emulsyjnymi, montaż rolet wewnętrznych w sali spotkań, montaż nowych opraw oświetleniowych typu LED,wymiana zniszczonej instalacji wodociągowo-kanalizacyjnej.Zaprojektowano rozwiązania uwzgl. potrzeby osób niepełn: schodołaz kroczący, kabina prysznicowa z pochwytem i siedziskiem, drzwi bez progów z otworami wentylacyjnymi, pochwyty przy umywalce i ustępie. Przewiduje się również wyposażenie obiektu. Działalność Klubu Seniora polegać będzie na realizacji podstawowych usług pomocy codziennej, obejmujących pomoc w zaspokajaniu codziennych potrzeb życiowych, zapewnienie kontaktów z otoczeniem, w postaci dziennych form usług opiekuńczych i innych usług według zapotrzebowania seniorów. Infrastruktura umożliwi realizację usług społecznych świadczonych w społeczności lokalnej w formie stacjonarnej opieki dziennej,spotkań osób starszych,przeciwdziałać ma osamotnieniu i marginalizacji seniorów, wsparciem obejmowane będą osoby niesamodzielne. The object of the project is to renovate the premises, the existing cesspool and purchase of equipment for the purpose of creating a facility providing services provided in the local environment. Club Seniora in the village of Zduny, Aleksandrów Kujawski commune. There is a meeting room in the existing building. 45,67 m², kitchenette with area. 6.55 m, corridor with an area. 5.45 m² and bathroom with an area. 6,55 m². The task envisages the refurbishment and establishment of: 1 room. wholedost equipped with tables and chairs acting as meeting room, kitchenette equipped with appliances, appliances, dishes for preparation and consumption of meals, 1 bathrooms for women and men, a separate space acting as a dressing room, enlarged door openings to a width of 90 cm, making new flooring of ceramic tiles, and installation of floor panels in the rest of the room, wall painting with ceramic tiles in the bathroom and kitchenette walking stairs, shower cubicle with grip and seat, door without thresholds with vents, grappling at the washbasin and passage. It is also planned to equip the facility. The activities of the Senior Club will consist of the implementation of basic daily assistance services, including assistance in meeting everyday life needs, providing contacts with the environment, in the form of day-to-day care services and other services according to the needs of seniors. The infrastructure will enable the implementation of social services provided in the local community in the form of daytime care, meetings of the elderly, counteracting the loneliness and marginalisation of seniors, support will be extended to dependants.
