The project is aimed at increasing the chances on the labour market of people who are inactive due to a break related to birth or/or upbringing of a child. In particular, the return of women to the labour market will be strengthened by creating new 45 (22 crèches and 23 day caregivers) in a childcare facility under the age of 3 – in a nursery and by creating new childcare facilities in the form of a day-care institution. The project is a continuation of the grassroots activities of the NGO, when in June 2011 parents of small children focused on activities carried out by the Adults-Children’s Association" took a local initiative related to the creation of the Centre for Little Child and Family, which will include the Children’s and Nursing Club. On 3 June 2011, they handed a petition to P. Mayor and Councillor of the Local Council in the country. They also collected approx. 1000 signatures of the residents supporting the abovementioned initiative. Thanks to the cooperation of the Sępólno Krajeńskie commune, the Association of Adults for Children and other public institutions and residents managed to create a comprehensive and long-term programme supporting the professional activation of residents and, on the other hand, a program supporting the family. This project is complementary to the current MALUCH 2015 Programme, which extended the infrastructure of the existing Centre for Small Child and Family. This will preserve the sustainability of the project and the results achieved. The project fulfils the award criteria – preference for participation of persons registered as unemployed in the PUP and the creation of a day-care institution – more than 100 % of places in the crèche. The project complies with the principle of sustainable development – rational management of resources within the project. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Niniejszy projekt jest działaniem komplementarnym z aktualnie realizowanym Programem MALUCH 2015, w ramach którego rozbudowano infrastrukturę istniejącego Centrum Małego dziecka i Rodziny. Takie działanie pozwoli zachować trwałość projektu i wypracowanych rezultatów. (Polish)
