Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa ścieżki edukacyjnej nad Jeziorem Chełmżyńskim w miejscowości Zalesie w Gminie Chełmża. W ramach projektu wykonane zostaną nawierzchnie ścieżki oraz elementy wyposażenia, w tym tablice informacyjne pełniące funkcje edukacyjną. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do ochrony cennych zasobów przyrodniczych, w tym pomników przyrody oraz zwiększenia świadomości przyrodniczej mieszkańców i turystów. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the construction of an educational path on the Chelmzyn Lake in the village of Zalesie in Chełmża Municipality. The project will include paving and equipment elements, including information boards performing educational functions. The implementation of the project will contribute to the protection of valuable natural resources, including natural monuments, and increase the natural awareness of residents and tourists. (English)
