Up will be limited to low-skilled people with a maximum education at ISCED level 3 and with lack of or low IT competence, with the largest ICT competence gap.At least 30 % of the GH will be people who have completed 50, 60 % of the UP will consist of people living in rural areas.The project will be attended by people with disabilities, meeting the criteria of the target group of the project.     NISKI POZIOM KOMPETENCJI CYFROWYCH/INTERNETOWYCH I ZAGROŻENIE WYKLUCZENIEM CYFROWYM OSÓB Z NISKIMI KWALIFIKACJAMI to główny problem, na który odpowiada projekt.Celem głównym projektu jest nabycie i formalne potwierdzenie kompetencji cyfrowych (informatycznych) w okresie od XII 2016 do I 2018 r. przez co najmniej 40% spośród 200 uczestników/-czek projektu (UP: 120K i 80M) w wieku powyżej 25 roku życia, posiadających wykształcenie maksymalnie na poziomie ISCED 3 włącznie i zamieszkujących w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego na obszarze powiatów: wołowskiego, górowskiego, lwóweckiego, jaworskiego, jeleniogórskiego ziemskiego, lubańskiego, złotoryjskiego, legnickiego ziem., dzierżoniowskiego, kłodzkiego, wałbrzyskiego ziem. oraz ząbkowickiego.Grupa docelowa (GD) to osoby w wieku pow. 25 r. ż., zgłaszające się do udziału w projekcie z własnej inicjatywy. UP będą wyłącznie osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, posiadające wykształcenie maks. na poziomie ISCED 3 włącznie i cechujące się brakiem lub niskimi kompetencjami informatycznymi, wykazujące największą lukę kompetencyjną w zakresie TIK.Co najmniej 30% GD stanowić będą osoby, które ukończyły 50. r.ż., 60% UP stanowić będą osoby zamieszkujące obszary wiejskie.Pierwszeństwo uczestnictwa w projekcie będą miały osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, spełniające kryteria grupy docelowej projektu.W ramach projektu zrealizowanych zostanie 20 kursów obejmujących 5 obszarów DIGCOMP:I. Obszar 1. Informacja - 10 hII. Obszar 2. Komunikacja - 15hIII. Obszar 3. Tworzenie treści - 25 hIV. Obszar 4. Bezpieczeństwo - 10hV. Obszar 5. Rozwiązywanie problemów - 10hW efekcie realizacji projektu 200 osób l niskich kwalifikacjach otrzyma wsparcie szkoleniowe w zakresie TIK/ICT, w tym co najmniej 120 kobiet, 120 osób zamieszkujących tereny wiejskie oraz 80 osób w wieku 50+.Co najmniej 40% uczestników/-czek projektu uzyska certyfikat potwierdzający nabycie kompetencji cyfrowych/internetowych.
