The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the year 29 qualified for the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called requiring support) in particular: people over the age of 50, people with disabilities, women, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled in the Chełmnia County. The main result of the project will be the employment of project participants in accordance with the methodology for measuring the criterion of employment efficiency by a minimum: persons over 50 years of age – 33 %; women – 39 %; persons with disabilities – 33 %; long-term unemployed – 30 %; low-skilled persons (up to ISCED level 3) – 38 %, persons not eligible for any of the above categories – 43 %, registered with the PUP in Chełmno. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP in Chełmno will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project envisages the implementation of the following forms of support: job intermediation, career guidance, internships, training and one-off measures for starting a business. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r. ż. zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) w szczególności: osób powyżej 50 roku życia, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, kobiet, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach w powiecie chełmińskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu zgodnie z metodologią mierzenia kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej przez minimum: osoby powyżej 50 lat - 33%; kobiety - 39%; osoby z niepełnosprawnościami - 33%; osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - 30%; osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu ISCED 3) - 38%, osoby nie kwalifikujące się do żadnej z powyższych kategorii - 43%, zarejestrowane w PUP w Chełmnie. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Chełmnie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt przewiduje realizację następujących form wsparcia: pośrednictwo pracy, poradnictwo zawodowe, staże, szkolenia oraz jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. (Polish)
