Project for conducting industrial research and development work to develop and implement new functional and architectural solutions in ERP class systems. The research will be carried out on the basis of existing elements of the Streamsoft Verto system – a modular ERP system for medium and large companies. In order to meet the customer’s individual needs to obtain increasingly detailed information available in different channels necessary for the management of the company, it is necessary to develop new technological solutions that will support the acquisition of information into the system and its use in the management process. This applies to specific areas of the system in the context of warehouse logistics and in the context of widely understood sales. Research related to the development of the innovative NEXT-Web tool platform, enabling fast and cheap application building using the web interface, will help to adapt the Smart omnichanel system to the dynamically changing needs in the multichannel trade industry. New functionalities will enable, among others: — the location of the customer in the store, – navigation by warehouse, – analysis and inference based on the information obtained within the ERP system, – providing in a short time and with low budget web applications containing a specific subset of system functionality. The project assumes that the Smart omnichanel solution will significantly contribute to enriching the offer of Polish ERP class systems aimed at the market of commercial companies and that developed algorithmic structures or technology selection solutions will also be able to be implemented in other systems.[...] (English)

    Projekt dot. prowadzenia badań przemysłowych i prac rozwojowych w celu opracowania i implementacji nowych rozwiązań funkcjonalnych oraz architektonicznych w systemach klasy ERP. Badania zostaną przeprowadzone w oparciu o istniejące elementy systemu Streamsoft Verto - modułowego systemu ERP dla średnich i dużych firm. W celu zaspokajania indywidualnych potrzeb klienta związanych z uzyskaniem coraz bardziej szczegółowych, dostępnych w różnych kanałach informacji, niezbędnych do zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem, istnieje konieczność stworzenia nowych rozwiązań technologicznych, które będą wspierały pozyskanie informacji do systemu i wykorzystanie ich w procesie zarządzania. Dotyczy to sprecyzowanych obszarów systemu w kontekście logistyki magazynu i w kontekście szeroko rozumianej sprzedaży. Badania związane z opracowaniem innowacyjnej platformy narzędziowej NEXT-Web, umożliwiającej szybkie i tanie budowanie aplikacji z wykorzystaniem interfejsu web, pozwolą na dopasowanie systemu Smart OMNICHANEL do dynamicznie zmieniających się potrzeb w branży handlu wielokanałowego. Nowe funkcjonalności umożliwią m.in.: - lokalizację klienta w sklepie, - nawigację po magazynie, - analizę i wnioskowanie na podstawie uzyskanych informacji w ramach systemu ERP, - dostarczanie w krótkim czasie i przy niskim budżecie aplikacji webowych zawierających pewien określony podzbiór funkcjonalności systemu. Projekt zakłada, że rozwiązanie Smart OMNICHANEL w sposób znaczący przyczyni się do wzbogacenia oferty polskich systemów klasy ERP kierowanych na rynek firm handlowych oraz że wypracowane struktury algorytmiczne czy rozwiązania z zakresu doboru technologii będą mogły być również implementowane w innych systemach.[...] (Polish)
