The project consists of carrying out R & D works by the Applicant, partner and subcontractor of research works in order to produce innovative organic products supporting plant production, i.e. biopreparates based on organic substrates withinoculated microorganisms. Developed biopreparations, by improving the microbiological and physicochemical properties of soil, will contribute to increasing the yield of selected vegetable plants. Thanks to the implementation of the project, a new technology for the production and applications of the biopreparations will be developed. In addition, the impact of developed biopreparations on crop yield and morphological characteristics and on the sanitary condition of the soil, determined by the presence of pathogenic fungi of the genus Fusarium and Alternaria, will be demonstrated. The planned stages of R & D work include the development of experimental form of biopreparation with specific chemical composition with the addition of selected species of micro-organisms (industrial research), analysis of the effectiveness of the fertiliser biopreparation enriched in micro-organisms under controlled conditions – growing experience (industrial research) and determining the final form of biopreparations together with analysis of environmental aspects of the application of developed solutions and technologies (development work). Projekt polega na przeprowadzeniu prac B+R przez Wnioskodawcę, partnera oraz podwykonawcę prac badawczych w celu wytworzenia innowacyjnych, organicznych produktów wspomagających produkcję roślinną, tj. biopreparatów na bazie substratów organicznych z zainokulowanymi mikroorganizmami. Opracowane biopreparaty, poprzez poprawę właściwości mikrobiologicznych i fizykochemicznych gleby, przyczynią się do zwiększenia plonowania wybranych roślin warzywnych. Dzięki realizacji projektu, opracowana zostanie zatem nowa technologia wytwarzania i aplikacji przedmiotowych biopreparatów. Ponadto wykazany zostanie wpływ opracowanych biopreparatów na plon i cechy morfologiczne roślin uprawnych oraz na stan sanitarny gleby, określany na podstawie obecności patogennych grzybów z rodzaju Fusarium i Alternaria. Zaplanowane etapy prac B+R obejmują opracowanie doświadczalnej formy biopreparatu o określonym składzie chemicznym wraz z dodatkiem wyselekcjonowanych gatunków mikroorganizmów (badania przemysłowe), analizę efektywności działania biopreparatu nawozowego wzbogaconego w mikroorganizmy w warunkach kontrolowanych – doświadczenia wegetacyjne (badania przemysłowe) oraz określenie ostatecznej formy biopreparatów wraz z analizą środowiskowych aspektów zastosowania opracowanych rozwiązań i technologii (prace rozwojowe). Zakres zadań projektowych obejmie również promocję projektu oraz (w końcowej jego fazie) dokonanie zgłoszeń patentowych.[...] (Polish)
