The subject of the project is the thermal modernisation of the village common room building in the Little Rudy Street. Royal Route 6 in Szubin Municipality.The building is a stand-alone building with a traditional brick structure, with a wooden ceiling and roof structure. The building is one-storey, without cellar, with a steep roof and a non-usable attic.The scope of the work was adopted from the energy audit – after analysing many variants, based on technical documentation, technical condition of the facility and equipment, and the possibility of using thermo-modernisation solutions.The planned design will consist of the following works:(a) replacement of roof and ceiling structure due to poor technical condition, b) insulation of external walls,c) A driveway for people with disabilities has also been designed, which will affect the possibility of using wheelchair users as well as facilitate access for parents with prams.The implementation of the project will reduce air pollution by reducing emissions of harmful gases and dust into the atmosphere and increasing the energy efficiency of the building. Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku świetlicy wiejskiej w Małych Rudach przy ul. Szlak Królewski 6 w Gminie Szubin.Budynek jest obiektem wolnostojącym o konstrukcji tradycyjnej murowanej, o drewnianej konstrukcji stropu i dachu. Budynek jest jednokondygnacyjny, bez podpiwniczenia, z dachem stromym i poddaszem nieużytkowym.Zakres prac przyjęto z audytu energetycznego- po przeanalizowaniu wielu wariantów, na podstawie dokumentacji technicznej, stanu technicznego obiektu i urządzeń oraz możliwości zastosowania rozwiązań termomodernizacyjnych.Planowany projekt będzie polegał na wykonaniu następujących prac:a) wymianie konstrukcji dachu i stropu z uwagi na zły stan techniczny,b) dociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych,c) remoncie elewacji,d) dociepleniu stropu nad parterem, e) wykonaniu instalacji centralnego ogrzewania elektrycznego. Zaprojektowano również podjazd dla osób niepełnosprawnych co wpłynie na możliwość korzystania z obiektu również osobom poruszającym się na wózkach inwalidzkich oraz ułatwi dostęp dla rodziców z wózkami dziecięcymi.Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zmniejszenia zanieczyszczenia powietrza poprzez ograniczenie emisji szkodliwych gazów i pyłów do atmosfery oraz zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku.
