The project is planned to build an electronic platform supporting the work of DSDiK together with a catalogue of e-services facilitating and improving the electronic communication of the office with external entities. The project assumes the development and integration of databases and digital resources supporting decision-making processes in DSDiK, covering internal processes related to the management and exchange of information system and processes facilitating electronic communication with third parties. As a result of the project, the following products will be created: the ICT system in DSDiK (1 pieces), public services made available on-line with a degree of maturity of at least 4 (8 pieces) and a degree of maturity 3 (1pcs), training in the operation of the implemented IT system for 30 employees (the remaining indicators to be achieved in the implementation of the project are shown in the following part of the proposal due to the limit of characters in the generator). The basic assumption of the system is to create an up-to-date database of records about voivodship roads through photo-registration. This will allow the creation of a road map, which will be the basic tool of DSDiK employees and a source of information for external customers. On the DSDiK Geoportal it will be possible to present on the map road obstacles located on the provincial roads. Some of the handicaps will be automatically generated by the system, for example, on the basis of planned and included maintenance works within the road lane or information resulting from the decision to occupy the road lane.This will improve the management of voivodship roads in Lower Silesia, facilitate and improve the handling of matters by external entities in the office by expanding e-services and increasing the availability of information on Lower Silesian Voivodeship Roads. W ramach projektu planowana jest budowa elektronicznej platformy wspomagającej pracę DSDiK wraz z katalogiem e-usług ułatwiających i usprawniających komunikację elektroniczną urzędu z podmiotami zewnętrznymi. Projekt zakłada rozwój i integrację baz danych i zasobów cyfrowych wspomagających procesy decyzyjne w DSDiK obejmujące procesy wewnętrzne związane z systemem zarządzania i wymianą informacji oraz procesy ułatwiające komunikację elektroniczną z podmiotami zewnętrznymi. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstaną następujące produkty: system teleinformatyczny w DSDiK (1szt.), usługi publiczne udostępnione on-line o stopniu dojrzałości co najmniej 4 (8 szt.) oraz o stopniu dojrzałości 3 (1szt.), szkolenia z zakresu obsługi wdrożonego systemu informatycznego dla 30 pracowników (pozostałe wskaźniki planowane do osiągnięcia w ramach realizacji projektu wykazane są w dalszej części wniosku ze względu na limit znaków w generatorze). Podstawowym założeniem systemu jest stworzenie aktualnej bazy danych ewidencyjnych o drogach wojewódzkich poprzez fotorejestrację. Umożliwi to stworzenie mapy dróg, która będzie podstawowym narzędziem pracowników DSDiK oraz źródłem informacji dla odbiorców zewnętrznych. Na Geoportalu DSDiK możliwe będzie prezentowanie na mapie utrudnień drogowych umiejscowionych na drogach wojewódzkich. Część utrudnień będzie automatycznie generowana przez system np. na podstawie zaplanowanych i uwzględnionych w kalendarzu prac utrzymaniowych w obrębie pasa drogowego czy informacjach wynikających z decyzji o zajęcie pasa drogowego.Usprawni to zarządzania drogami wojewódzkimi na Dolnym Śląsku, ułatwienie i usprawnienie załatwiania spraw przez podmioty zewnętrzne w urzędzie poprzez rozbudowę e-usług oraz zwiększenie dostępności informacji na temat dolnośląskich dróg wojewódzkich. Odbiorcami projektu będą jednostki samorządu terytorialnego z województwa dolnośląskiego oraz osoby fizyczne i prawne korzystające z infrastruktury drogowej województwa (Polish)
