Problem, jaki będzierozwiązanypoprzez realizację projektu, to niski poziom kompetencji kluczowych uczniów, niedostateczne wsparcie ucznia z niepełnospr., braki w doposażeniu szkół oraz niedostateczne przygotowanie nauczycieli w zakresie TIK i komp. społ. Problem, na który odpowiada projekt wynika z zatwierdzonych indywidualnych Diagnoz potrzeb szkół objętych wsparciem.Celem projektu jest podniesienie u 374 ucz. (208K, 166M) 4 placówek prowadzonych przez Powiat Wołowski kompetencji kluczowych, właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy, podniesienie kwalifikacji nauczycieli oraz doposażenie 4 placówek szkolnych do 30.06.2019r.Projektem zostanie objętych 374 uczniów i wychowanków oraz 55 nauczycieli szkół i placówek (w rozumieniu Ustawy o systemie oświaty) prowadzących kształcenie ogólne publicznych szkoły prowadzące kształcenie ogólne Zespołu Szkół Zawodowychw Wołowie - Technikum, Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Mikołaja Kopernika w Wołowie, Zespół Szkół Specjalnych i Placówek Oświatowych w Wołowie– Szkoła Podstawowa, Gimnazjum, Szkoła Ponadpodstawowa, Grupa Rewalidacyjno-Wychowawcza, Zespół Szkół Specjalnych w Lubiążu– Szkoła Podstawowa, Gimnazjum, Liceum Ogólnokształcące.Cel projektu, a tym samym zmniejszenie negatawnej sytuacji zostanie osiągnięty poprzez działania i narzędzia: zajęcia dodatkowe z zakresu ICT, języka obcego oraz przedmiotów mat.-przyr. oraz indywidualizację pracy z uczniem o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych, utworzenie 3 Szkolnych Punktów Informacji i Kariery oraz podniesienie jakości usług edukacyjnych w 4 placówkach objętych projektem poprzez przeszkolenie 55 N (51K, 4M) w zakresie korzystania z nowoczesnych metod, technologii i sprzętu i zakup doposażenia.Efektem działań zaplanowanych w projekcie będzie 50 nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu, 318 uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu, wyposażenie 4 placówek w sprzęt TIK i pomoce dydaktyczne. The problem to which the project corresponds is due to the approved individual Diagnosis of the needs of the supported schools.The aim of the project is to raise in 374 students. (208K, 166M) 4 institutions run by the District of Wołowski with key competences, appropriate attitudes and skills necessary on the labour market, raising the qualifications of teachers and equipping 4 school establishments by 30.06.2019.The project will include 374 pupils and pupils and 55 teachers of schools and institutions (under the meaning of the Law on the Education System) conducting general education of public schools conducting general education of Voivodeship Schools in Voivodeship, School of High School and High School of Vocal Education. additional classes in the field of ICT, foreign language and subject matter and individualisation of work with a pupil with special educational needs, creation of 3 School Information and Career Points and improvement of the quality of educational services in the 4 institutions covered by the project by training 55 N (51K, 4M) in the field of the use of modern methods, technologies and equipment and the purchase of equipment.The result of the activities planned in the project will be 50 teachers who have acquired the skills of the programme after 318 qualifications or acquisition of equipment and equipment.
