It sets the target of a 20 % reduction in primary energy consumption by 2020. As energy-related emissions account for almost 80 % of total greenhouse gas (GC) emissions, energy efficiency can make a significant contribution to achieving the goal of a low-carbon economy and combating climate change. Buildings are responsible for about 40 % of final energy consumption. Investing in energy efficiency measures in buildings can bring significant energy savings while supporting economic growth, sustainable development and job creation. The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the Municipal Schools Complex in Ripin. The project will carry out the energy modernisation of the facility on the basis of an audit carried out in order to achieve the best ratio of the size of public funds to the resulting energy effects. The implementation of the project will contribute to energy efficiency and reduce energy losses, which will reduce energy demand. Improving energy efficiency will also reduce the so-called low emissions and reduce the cost of maintaining the facility. The municipal school complex (gymnasium and art school) consists of a main building and a gymnasium with a liaison. Construction area of 2296.60 m², usable area of 5370.00 m², volume of 24289.00 m³.The following activities are planned as part of the project: warming of the outer walls (including the floor of the cellars), warming of ventilation stropods, replacement of part of the door carpentry, reconstruction of external elements – replacement of the internal installation.     Efektywność energetyczna (EE) leży u podstaw europejskiej polityki energetycznej i jest jednym z głównych celów strategii „Europa 2020” Zawiera ona cel w postaci redukcji zużycia energii pierwotnej o 20% do 2020 r. Z racji tego, iż emisje związane z energią stanowią niemal 80% całkowitej emisji gazów cieplarnianych (GC), efektywne zużycie energii może znacząco przyczynić się do osiągnięcia celu w postaci gospodarki niskoemisyjnej i walki ze zmianami klimatycznymi. Budynki są odpowiedzialne za około 40% finalnego zużycia energii. Inwestowanie w działania na rzecz efektywności energetycznej w budynkach może przynosić znaczne oszczędności energii, jednocześnie wspierając wzrost gospodarczy, zrównoważony rozwój i tworzenie miejsc pracy. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej Zespołu Szkół Miejskich w Rypinie. W ramach projektu przeprowadzona będzie modernizacja energetyczna obiektu na podstawie przeprowadzonego audytu w celu osiągnięcia najlepszego stosunku wielkości środków publicznych do uzyskanych efektów energetycznych. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do racjonalizacja zużycia i ograniczenie strat energii co wpłynie zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię . Poprawa efektywności energetycznej wpłynie również na obniżenie tzw. niskiej emisji, a także zmniejszy koszty utrzymania obiektu. Zespół Szkół Miejskich (gimnazjum i liceum plastyczne) składa się z budynku głównego i sali gimnastycznej z łącznikiem). Powierzchnia zabudowy 2 296, 60 m2, powierzchnia użytkowa 5 370,00 m2, kubatura 24 289,00 m3.W ramach projektu planowane są następujące działania: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych (wraz z kondygnacją piwnic), docieplenie stropodachów wentylowych, wymiana części stolarki drzwiowej zewnętrznej, przebudowa elementów zewnętrznych -wymiana wewnętrznej instalacji.
