The project concerns the construction of electricity generation units (micro-installations) from RES, i.e. photovoltaic installations on 4 public buildings (schools) in municipal resources and 13 – here participating in the private property project, according to an executive analysis carried out for each individual customer and selection of types and parameters of the installation. For the project, causal links between negative situations occurring in the area of implementation of the project were defined. In particular, the main problem that will be solved through the implementation of the project, the causes of the project and the effects it has produced. The main problem is low energy efficiency and low level of environmental protection.An analysis of the existing state, which is based on non-effective and environmentally unfriendly external sources with low levels of local electricity generation. Among the reasons for the investment are:- limited financial resources for the implementation of modern and comprehensive renewable energy solutions,- low energy efficiency and lack of local electricity sources forcing the use of external sources of energy,- the existing traditional electricity generation infrastructure not contributing to achieving a high level of environmental protectionThe effect of such a state is: — high energy costs,- high electricity consumption as a result of transmission losses and losses caused by periodic voltage downturns and power outages – high emissions of air pollutants from the use of fossil fuels for electricity generation.The above problems resulting from energy, financial and environmental losses justify the need for alternative energy efficient and environmentally friendly solutions for electricity consumption. Projekt dotyczy budowy jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej (mikroinstalacji) z OZE, tj. instalacji fotowoltaicznych na będących w zasobach gminnych 4-ch budynkach użyteczności publicznej (szkołach) oraz na 13 –tu uczestniczących w projekcie posesjach prywatnych, zgodnie z przeprowadzoną dla każdego indywidualnego odbiorcy analizą wykonawczą oraz doborem typów i parametrów instalacji. Dla projektu określono związki przyczynowo-skutkowe pomiędzy sytuacjami negatywnymi, występującymi w obszarze realizacji przedsięwzięcia. W szczególności ukazano problem główny, który rozwiązany zostanie poprzez realizację projektu, przyczyny jego powstania oraz skutki jakie powoduje. Problemem głównym jest niska wydajność energii oraz niski poziom ochrony środowiska.Analiza stanu istniejącego, wskazującego na oparciu się na niefektywnych i nieprzyjaznych dla ochrony środowiska zewnętrznych źródłach przy niskim poziomie lokalnego wytwarzania energii elektrycznej. Wśród przyczyn realizacji inwestycji wymienić należy:- ograniczone dotąd środki finansowe na wdrażanie nowoczesnych i kompleksowych rozwiązań w zakresie odnawialnych źródeł energii,- niską efektywność wykorzystania energii oraz brak miejscowych źródeł energii elektrycznej wymuszający korzystanie z zewnętrzych źródeł dostaw energii,- istniejącą tradycyjną infrastrukturą w zakresie pozyskiwania energii elektrycznej nie przyczyniającą się do osiągnięcia wysokiego poziomu ochrony środowiskaSkutkiem takiego stanu są: - wysokie koszty energii,- wysokie zużycie energii elektrycznej w wyniku strat na przesyle oraz strat spowodowanych okresowymi spadkami napięcia i przerwami w dopływie energii- wysoka emisja zanieczyszczeń powietrza w wyniku użycia paliw kopalnych na potrzeby produkcji energii elektrycznej.Powyższe problemy skutkujące stratami energetycznymi, finansowymi i środowiskowymi uzasadniają potrzebę zastosowania alternatywnych energooszczędnych i ekologicznych rozwiązań w zakresie zużycia energii elektrycznej.
