Projekt realizowany będzie w województwie dolnośląskim, w powiecie głogowskim, w Gminie Miejskiej Głogów. Zakres projektu obejmuje zakup 8 fabrycznie nowych autobusów miejskich, w tym 6 z silnikami Diesel EURO VI oraz 2 z napędem hybrydowym. Ponadto, w ramach projektu zaplanowano działania promocyjne. Za realizację projektu i zarządzanie powstałymi produktami będzie odpowiadać Wnioskodawca – Komunikacja Miejska Sp. z o.o. (spółka, w której 100% udziałów posiada Gmina Miejska Głogów). Spółka dysponuje odpowiednim zapleczem organizacyjno-technicznym pozwalającym na sprawne i rzetelne zarządzanie projektem. Realizacja projektu umożliwi osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników produktu: -Liczba zakupionych jednostek taboru pasażerskiego w publicznym transporcie zbiorowym komunikacji miejskiej – 8 szt. -Pojemność zakupionego taboru pasażerskiego w publicznym transporcie zbiorowym- 710 osób. -Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt. i rezultatu: -Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI 34) – 5,346 tony równoważnika CO2.
