The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of PPHU “EUROWOLLE” Wiesław Rozynek by introducing an innovative plant for the company and for the product market, which is a rehabilitation anti-sludge mattress called LhIMBI AirTop 3D silver line. It is a medical device of its own idea, designed mainly for this group of customers, which is forced to lie down for a long time. This will be achieved through the implementation of this project, including the purchase of specialised machinery and production equipment (strings), computer hardware and software. The current machine park does not allow us to carry out an innovative technological process, which prevents the production of a new assortment – a rehabilitation mattress, an anti-substitution mattress, and thus the development of the company. The implementation of the planned project will contribute to achieving a significant competitive advantage on the local and domestic customers market, which are both wholesalers and individual customers. The result of the project will not only extend PPHU’s product offer “EUROWOLLE”, but also increase employment in friendly working conditions thanks to significant automation of production and use in the cutting process of modern machines that do not cause pollination in the production hall. In addition, the production process will respect the environment, due to the raw material savings that can be achieved through the use of modern machines purchased under the project. An important result of the project is also increasing the scale of Wiesława Rozynka’s activities by increasing revenues and profits from the sale of the new assortment. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Głównym celem projektu jest podniesienie konkurencyjności PPHU „EUROWOLLE” Wiesław Rozynek poprzez wprowadzenie do oferty zakładu innowacyjnego dla firmy oraz dla rynku produktu jakim jest rehabilitacyjny materac antyodleżynowy o nazwie LhIMBI AirTop 3D silver line. Jest to wyrób medyczny własnego pomysłu, zaprojektowany głównie z myślą o tej grupie klientów, która jest zmuszona do długotrwałego leżenia. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację przedmiotowego projektu obejmującego zakup specjalistycznych maszyn i urządzeń produkcyjnych (szwalniczych), sprzętu komputerowego wraz z oprogramowaniem. Posiadany obecnie park maszynowy nie pozwala nam na realizację innowacyjnego procesu technologicznego, co uniemożliwia produkcję nowego asortymentu – rehabilitacyjnego materaca antyodleżynowego, a tym samym rozwój firmy. Wdrożenie planowanego przedsięwzięcia przyczyni się do uzyskania znaczącej przewagi konkurencyjnej na lokalnym oraz krajowym rynku odbiorców jakimi są zarówno hurtownicy, jak i odbiorcy indywidualni. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie nie tylko rozszerzenie oferty produktowej firmy PPHU „EUROWOLLE”, ale także wzrost zatrudnienia w przyjaznych warunkach pracy dzięki znacznemu zautomatyzowaniu produkcji i zastosowaniu w procesie rozkroju nowoczesnych maszyn nie powodujących zapylenia w hali produkcyjnej. Dodatkowo proces produkcyjny będzie przebiegał z poszanowaniem środowiska naturalnego, z uwagi na oszczędności surowcowe jakie są możliwe do osiągnięcia dzięki zastosowaniu nowoczesnych maszyn zakupionych w ramach projektu. Istotnym rezultatem realizacji projektu jest także zwiększenie skali działalności firmy Wiesława Rozynka poprzez zwiększenie przychodów i zysków ze sprzedaży nowego asortymentu. (Polish)
