Niniejszy projekt ma na celu poprawę szans na zatrudnienie 112 osób od 30 r. życia, głównie bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, zwłaszcza tych, które znajdują się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, zamieszkujących i/lub pracujących i/lub uczących się w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego na terenie WD (woj. dolnośląskiego), spełniających kryteria GD (grupy docelowej) poprzez kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane wsparcie w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej i działań sprzyjających poprawie sytuacji na rynku pracy w okresie od 01.07.2019 r. do 31.12.2020 r. poprzez następujące zadania:Opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania, w terminie 07 -11.2019 r.Warsztaty kompetencji miękkich, w terminie 08.2019 – 02.2020 r.Indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy, w terminie 09.2019 r. – 12.2020 r.Szkolenia, w terminie 10.2019 r. – 05.2020 r.Staż zawodowy, w terminie 04.2020 r. – 11.2020 r.Zrealizowanie projektu przyczyni się do osiągnięcia następujących rezultatów:min liczba osób, która uzyskała kwalifikacje zawodowe - 86min. poziom efektyw. zatrudn. osób w najtrudniejszej syt. w tym os. 50+, K, OzN, os. bezrobotne, os. bierne zawod, os. z niskimi kwalifik.(ISCED 3) - 42%,min.poziom efektyw. zatrudnien.dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup - 52%min.poziom efektyw. zawod. dla os. pracujących - 22% (Polish)
