Głównym założeniem projektu jest zapewnienie równego dostępu do dobrej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej 170 (86 K, 84 M) dzieciom z terenu gminy wiejskiej Szczytna poprzez podniesienie jakości pracy 7 oddziałów przedszkolnych w Przedszkolu Publicznym z Grupą Żłobkową w Szczytnej, doposażenie oddziałów w celu dostosowania ich do potrzeb zwiększonej ilości miejsc 5 (3k,2M) oraz dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami 8 (5K,3M), rozszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej o dodatkowe zajęcia oraz podniesienie kwalifikacji 15 (14 K;1M) nauczycieli z terenu wiejskiego w okresie do 30 marca 2018 r. Cele szczegółowe: ułatwienie startu dz. i ch. poprzez wprowadzenie zajęć rozwijających kom. kluczowe i z. specjalistyczne; - zmniejszenie nierówności w stopniu upowszechniania edukacji przedszkolnej na obszarze o niskim stopniu upowszechniania wychowania przedszkolnego (zwiększenie naboru już w roku szkolnym 2016/2017); - stworzenie warunków do udziału dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami w edukacji przedszkolnej; - wzrost kompetencji kadry; - doposażenie placówki w pomoce dydaktyczne; - dostosowanie warunków lokalowych do świadczenia usług edukacyjno-wychowawczych z uwzględnieniem potrzeb dzieci młodszych i niepełnosprawnych, tym samym wyrównanie ich szans edukacyjnych. W ramach projektu przewiduje się realizację następujących zadań:1. Dostosowanie PP w Szczytnej do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami 8 (5K,3M) oraz uruchomienie nowych miejsc dla 5 dzieci (3K, 2M).2.
