Obtaining CE certificates (European certification of the product for sale) is a necessary element in order to start production and implement the results of R & D works. Certification will be carried out by the approved institution subjecting the product to laboratory tests consisting of:- fire resistance,- construction (strength and functional testing),- smoke-tightness,- thermal penetration coefficient,- acoustic insulation.The project is a response to the needs of modern objects, the most modern buildings are reported to be diagnosed. New products will be made from an innovative adhesive (result of R & D works) by an applicant subject to a patent procedure. The main innovation will be improved for the properties of fireworks (the modernised method of joining the adhesive by the applicant), which is used as a construction-filling element in wooden doors, windows and glass walls, thus gaining fire-resistance, while at the same time the possibility of manufacturing products in arc form. None of the materials available on the Polish market have such plastic properties as the proposed glue, so that practically every arch can be made out of it. No one in Poland has so far offered the above-mentioned types of windows, doors and firewalls.As a result of the implementation of the project, the competitiveness of Komplex-Hom will increase, and employment in the company will be increased by 4 people, which will have a positive impact on the economy of the region and the country. Projekt zakłada wprowadzenie na rynek 4 innowacyjnych w skali kraju linii produktowych:- drzwi drewniane rozwierane , dwusrzydłowe łukowe przeciwpożarowe EI90- okna drewniane otwieralne łukowe przeciwpożarowe EI90- ścianka szklana na drewnianej konstrukcji do 5 m wys (z drzwiami)o odporności ogniowej EI60- okno drewniane oddymiające montowane w ścianie pionowej , jedno- lub dwuskrzydłowe o właściwościach p.poż. Zdobycie certyfikatów CE (Certyfikat Europejski dopuszczenia wyrobu do sprzedaży) jest elementem niezbędnym w celu rozpoczęcia produkcji i wdrożenia wyników prac B+R. Certyfikację przeprowadzi uprawniona do tego instytucja poddając produkt badaniom laboratoryjnym polegającym na:- odporności ogniowej,- konstrukcji (badanie wytrzymałościowo-funkcjonalne),- dymoszczelności,- współczynnika przenikania ciepła,- izolacyjności akustycznej.Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane problemy, zgłaszane głównie na potrzeby obiektów zabytkowych i nowoczesnego budownictwa. Nowe wyroby powstaną z innowacyjnej klejonki (wynik prac B+R) autorstwa wnioskodawcy poddanej procedurze patentowej. Zasadniczą innowacją będzie ulepszony pod kątem właściwości ppoż. schemat klejonki (unowocześniony sposób łączenia klejonki autorstwa wnioskodawcy), która jest wykorzystywana jako element konstrukcyjno-wypełniający w drzwiach drewnianych, oknach i ramach ścianek szklanych, dzięki czemu zyska ona ognioodporność, przy jednoczesnej możliwości wykonania produktów w formie łukowej. Żaden z dostępnych materiałów na rynku polskim nie ma takich właściwości plastycznych, jak zaproponowana klejonka, dzięki czemu można z niej wykonać praktycznie każdy łuk. Nikt w Polsce do tej pory nie oferuje ww. rodzai okien, drzwi i ścianek ppoż.W wyniku realizacji przedsięwzięcia wzrośnie konkurencyjność Komplex-Dom, zostanie też zwiększone zatrudnienie w przedsiębiorstwie o 4 osoby, co pozytywnie wpłynie na gospodarkę regionu i kraju.
