The subject of this project is the thermal modernisation of a multi-family residential facility at ul. Constitution 3 May 57 in Karpacz. The scope of the project covers the following tasks: 1. Technical Documentation 2. Thermomodernisation: 1) Warming of exterior walls without verandas and framed walls 1) Replacement of window and door carpentry on staircase 2) Roof warming with roof replacement 3) Replacement of lighting in part of the common building Sensors and regulation of lighting are a component of the electrical energy management of the facility (appropriate supply of energy in response to demand). 3. Investor Supervision 4. Promotion of the project. Within the framework of the project tasks Municipal Zakład Gospodarki Komunalna sp. z o.o. will conduct training on optimal heat management in the building and the ecological effect of the project. The facility will also include an information board on the ecological effect of the investment. The scope of the project was chosen to meet the needs of target groups and infrastructure problems in the facility, including unsatisfactory energy efficiency. The project will be implemented by: — Applicant and owner of the facility – Housing Community at ul. Constitution 3 May 57 in Karpacz – responsible for the whole project and achieving its indicators, – Management Entity – Municipal Zakład Gospodarki Komunalna sp. z o.o. in Karpacz – responsible for carrying out project tasks on behalf of the Applicant. The project will be managed by a project team organised within the framework of the MZGK structures in Karpacz, which has stable foundations of operation. The project team will be composed of professionals from different fields, which will ensure a high level of organizational capacity to implement the project. Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest termomodernizacja wielorodzinnego obiektu mieszkalnego przy ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja 57 w Karpaczu. Zakres projektu obejmuje zadania: 1. Dokumentacja techniczna 2. Termomodernizacja: 1) Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych bez werand i ścian odeskowanych 1) Wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej na klatce schodowej 2) Ocieplenie dachu z wymianą pokrycia dachowego 3) Wymiana oświetlenia w części wspólnej budynku Czujniki i regulacja oświetlenia stanowią komponent zarządzania energią elektryczną w obiekcie (odpowiednia podaż energii w odpowiedzi na zapotrzebowanie). 3. Nadzór inwestorski 4. Promocja projektu. W ramach zadań projektowych Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej sp. z o.o. Przeprowadzi szkolenie dotyczące optymalnej gospodarki cieplnej w budynku i efektu ekologicznego projektu. W ramach obiektu zamieszczona będzie również tabliczka informacyjna dotycząca efektu ekologicznego inwestycji. Przedstawiony zakres projektu został dobrany tak, aby jak najpełniej odpowiedzieć na potrzeby grup docelowych oraz problemy infrastrukturalne w obiekcie, w tym w zakresie niezadowalającej efektywności energetycznej. Projekt realizować będą: - Wnioskodawca i właściciel obiektu– Wspólnota mieszkaniowa przy ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja 57 w Karpaczu - odpowiedzialny za całość projektu i osiągnięcie jego wskaźników, - Podmiot Zarządzający – Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej sp. z o.o. w Karpaczu - odpowiedzialny za realizację zadań projektowych w imieniu Wnioskodawcy. Projekt zarządzany będzie przez zespół projektowy zorganizowany w ramach struktur MZGK w Karpaczu, który posiada stabilne podstawy funkcjonowania. W skład zespołu projektowego wejdą fachowcy z różnych dziedzin, co zapewni wysoki poziom zdolności organizacyjnych do wdrożenia przedsięwzięcia.
