The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from 30 years of age who are unemployed in Legnica County. The main result of the project will be the employment of at least the percentage of participants defined in the access criteria. The project will support people from the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). For each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. Job mediation, determination of the aid profile and preparation of the Individual Action Plan, will be implemented in the project obligatory. An analysis of the skills, predispositions and occupational problems of a person in a particular situation will allow the aid offer to be matched in such a way as to meet the actual needs of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement the services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, i.e. training, measures for taking up economic activity, intervention work, traineeship. POWIAT LEGNICKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W LEGNICY

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie legnickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej określony w kryteriach dostępu odsetek uczestników projektu. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby od 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Pośrednictwo pracy, ustalenie profilu pomocy oraz przygotowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania, będą realizowane w projekcie obligatoryjnie. Analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych osoby w szczególnej sytuacji pozwoli na dopasowanie oferty pomocy w taki sposób, aby odpowiadała na rzeczywiste potrzeby uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizował będzie dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy tj. szkolenie, środki na podjęcie działalnosci gospodarczej, prace interwencyjne, staż.
