The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Kamienna Góra district. The project will support people from the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The provision of support will be preceded by identification of the needs of the project participant and development or updating for each participant in the Individual Action Plan. In the framework of the project, all persons addressed to traineeship will be covered by work, and those who apply for funds to undertake business activities will be provided with professional guidance in order to determine the predisposition to carry out the specified type of activity taking into account, inter alia, qualifications, experience, motivations to start a business activity (English) | |||||||||||||||

POWIAT KAMIENNOGÓRSKI/ POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KAMIENNEJ GÓRZE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kamiennogórskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby od 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Udzielenie wsparcia będzie poprzedzone identyfikacją potrzeb uczestnika projektu oraz opracowaniem lub aktualizacją dla każdego uczestnika projektu Indywidualnego Planu Działania. W ramach projektu wszystkie osoby skierowane do odbycia stażu zostaną objęte pośrednictwem pracy, a osoby, które złożą wnioski o przyznanie środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej poradnictwem zawodowym w celu ustalenia predyspozycji do prowadzenia wskazanego rodzaju działalności uwzględniających m.in. kwalifikacje, doświadczenie, motywacje do podjęcia działalności gospodarczej (Polish)
