The subject of the project is the implementation of advisory support on stimulating technology transfer, building networks of economic, administrative and scientific contacts and commercialisation of the results of the R & D work carried out at the Institute of Strategic Excellence Sp. z o.o. (IDS) in the scope of creating concepts of innovative systems to assess the process excellence of the organisation in various sectors. The project provides for IDS support for innovative activities, namely the conclusion of contracts for the execution of research services, R & D cooperation or the transfer of copyrights. In turn, advice on building and maintaining a network of links between the scientific community and the economic and administrative environment will translate into an increase in the company’s recognition among potential contractors, increasing interest in research results and will contribute to establishing cooperation with scientific units, local government units (JST), companies as well as potential intermediaries and investors. Thanks to the established network of contacts, which will result from meetings with representatives of the scientific and economic community and public administration, the process of transfer and commercialisation of the results of R & D works of the Company will be streamlined and professionalised. Presenting the results of R & D activities during the planned meetings will contribute to the exchange of knowledge and experience between stakeholders interested in commercialising the effects of the Applicant’s work, which will improve the developed solutions and ensure an increase in the performance of IDS, improve the results obtained and stimulate the broadly understood market of new technologies. Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja wsparcia doradczego dotyczącego pobudzania transferu technologii, budowania sieci kontaktów gospodarczych, administracyjnych i naukowych oraz komercjalizacji wyników prowadzonych prac badawczo-rozwojowych w Instytucie Doskonałości Strategicznej Sp. z o.o. (IDS) w zakresie kreowania koncepcji innowacyjnych systemów oceny doskonałości procesowej organizacji w różnych sektorach. Projekt przewiduje wsparcie przedsiębiorstwa IDS w zakresie działalności innowacyjnej, a dokładnie zawierania umów o wykonanie usług badawczych, o współpracę badawczo-rozwojową czy też przeniesienia autorskich praw majątkowych. Z kolei doradztwo w zakresie budowania i utrzymywania sieci powiązań między środowiskiem naukowym a otoczeniem gospodarczym i administracyjnym przełoży się na wzrost rozpoznawalności firmy wśród potencjalnych zleceniodawców, zwiększenie zainteresowania wynikami prac badawczych oraz przyczyni się do nawiązania współpracy z jednostkami naukowymi, jednostkami samorządu terytorialnego (JST), przedsiębiorstwami, jak też potencjalnymi pośrednikami oraz inwestorami. Dzięki zbudowanej sieci kontaktów, co będzie efektem odbytych spotkań z przedstawicielami środowiska naukowego i gospodarczego oraz administracji publicznej, nastąpi usprawnienie oraz profesjonalizacja procesu transferu i komercjalizacji wyników prac badawczo-rozwojowych Spółki. Prezentowanie rezultatów działalności B+R podczas planowanych spotkań przyczyni się do wymiany wiedzy i doświadczeń pomiędzy podmiotami zainteresowanymi komercjalizacją efektów prac Wnioskodawcy, co pozwoli udoskonalić wykreowane rozwiązania i zapewni wzrost skuteczności działania Firmy IDS, poprawę uzyskiwanych efektów oraz pobudzenie szeroko pojętego rynku nowych technologii.
