Przedmiotem projektu jest rozwój firmy Novumplast poprzez stworzenie zaplecza B+R i zakup śr. trwałych za pomocą których prowad. będą prace B+R nad opracow. intelig.systemu zarządz. narzędziownią, monitoruj. proces produkcji form wtryskowych z wykorzyst. systemów komunikacji elektron., systemów informacji przestrzennej, cyfrowej analizy obrazów oraz technologii BigData/loD), umożl.j wytwarzanie wysokoprecyzyjnych form wtryskowych-o lepszej jakości i dokładności wykonania, w krótszym czasie i przy zmniejszonych nakładach finansowych. Opracowana i wdrożona wyżej opisana technologia będzie stanowić innowację procesową w skali przedsiębiorstwa, regionu, kraju oraz Europy, określana mianem czwartej rewolucji przemysłowej.Prace badawcze będą koncentrować się na niżej wskazanych obszarach:1. Opracowanie innow. technologii – inteligen. systemu zarządz. narzędziownią, monitor. proces produkcji form wtryskowych z wykorzystaniem systemów komunikacji elektronicznej, systemów informacji przestrzennej, cyfrowej analizy obrazów oraz technologii BigData/loD), 2. Zasadnicza zmiana procesu produkcji form wtryskowych umożliwiająca obniżenie kosztów produkcji form wtryskowych i skrócenie czasu ich wytwarzania.3. Poprawa jakości wyrobu końcowego procesu - form wtryskowych, 4. Poprawa powtarzalności procesu wytwarzania form wtryskowych. W efekcie prow. prac B+R firma planuje wdroż. jej wyników we własnej dział. gosp. w postaci wdrożenia intelig. systemu zarządzania narzędziownią.W ramach projektu W-ca planuje realizować następ.działania:1. Zakup infrastruktury B+R (stan. bad. do wtrysku tworzyw, stan. badaw.do szlifowania , moduły do komunikacji z maszynami, czytniki, systemy do do wizualnego monitor. produkcją, osprzęt do przen. baz obróbczych pomiędzy maszynami)2. Prow. badań przemysłowych- w okresie realizacji projektu oraz prowadzenie dalszych badań przem. i prac rozw.w okresie trwał. projektu.Powyższy sprzęt jest niezbędny do prow. prac B+R w wyżej wskazanych obszarach badawczych. The subject of the project is the development of NovumPlast by creating R & D facilities and purchasing durable materials through which it leads. will be R & D work on the development of. intelligent system management system tool room, monitor the process of production of injection moulds using electron communication systems, spatial information systems, digital image analysis and BigData/lod technology. The technology developed and implemented above will be a process innovation on a company, region, country and Europe scale, known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution.Research work will focus on the following areas:1. Development of innovative technologies – inteligen. system management toolroom, monitor. process of injection mould production using electronic communication systems, spatial information systems, digital image analysis and BigData/lod technology, 2. A major change in the manufacturing process of injection moulds to reduce the cost of production of injection moulds and reduce their production time.3. Improving the quality of the final product – injection moulds, 4. Improve the repeatability of injection mould production. As a result of the development of R & D, the company plans to implement its results in its own department. gosp. in the form of the implementation of intelligent toolroom management system.As part of the W-ca project, it plans to carry out the follow-up:1. Purchase of R & D infrastructure (bad. for injection of plastics, test condition for grinding, modules for communication with machines, readers, systems for visual monitor production, accessories for transferring machining bases between machines)2. Industrial research – during the implementation of the project and conducting further research and development during the period of the project lasted.The above equipment is necessary for the development of R & D in the above mentioned research areas.
