The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Głogów district. The main result will be the employment of persons registered at the County Labour Office in Głogów as defined in the Guidelines for implementing ESF measures in the labour market area for the period 2014-2020. The project will support only persons from the age of 30 who are registered as unemployed at the local office, including those in particular on the labour market, i.e. older people over 50 years of age, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled people. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by identification and analysis of the needs, skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned, as well as the development or update for each participant of the Individual Action Plan referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. On this basis, the Głogów PUP will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments, in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. POWIAT GŁOGOWSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W GŁOGOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie głogowskim. Głównym rezultatem będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez osoby zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Głogowie w rozumieniu metodologii określonej w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte wyłącznie osoby od 30 roku życia pozostające bez zatrudnienia zarejestrowane w tutejszym urzędzie jako osoby bezrobotne, w tym znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. osoby starsze po 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi identyfikacja oraz analiza potrzeb, umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika oraz opracowanie lub aktualizacja dla każdego uczestnika projektu Indywidualnego Planu Działania, o którym mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Na tej podstawie PUP Głogów realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, zgodnie z Ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
