Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 30 roku życia zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Bolesławcu jako osoby bezrobotne, które znajdują się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj: osób w wieku powyżej 50 lat, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych oraz osób o niskich kwalifikacjach.Wsparcie udzielone uczestnikom projektu przyczyni się do poprawy ich sytuacji na rynku pracy poprzez:? sprecyzowanie celów zawodowych dzięki objęciu uczestników projektu poradnictwem zawodowym lub pośrednictwem pracy,? podwyższenie lub nabycie nowych kwalifikacji zawodowych dzięki udziałowi w szkoleniach indywidualnych oraz przygotowaniu zawodowym dorosłych,? zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego dzięki udziałowi w stażach, pracach interwencyjnych oraz przyznaniu jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej.
