Przedmiotem projektu jest stworzenie zaplecza badawczo-rozwojowego w firmie Inosystem poprzez zakup środków trwałych, stanowiących zaplecze badawczo-rozwojowe firmy za pomocą którego prowadzone będą prace badawczo-rozwojowe nad opracowaniem innowacji produktowej w postaci wysokoprecyzyjnej wypraski z tworzyw sztucznych.Badania będą prowadzone w obszarach: 1. badanie odkształceń wyprasek z tworzyw sztucznych, 2. badanie w zakresie wprowadzania deformacji formy w celu skompensowania powstałych odkształceń w wypraskach z tworzyw sztucznych, 3. badanie - wybór najbardziej efektywnej metody eliminowania odkształceń wyprasek z tworzyw sztucznych.W efekcie prac B+R Wnioskodawca wdroży innowację produktową w postaci innowacyjnej wysokoprecyzyjnej wypraski z tworzyw sztucznych, która zdywersyfikuje oferowane dotychczas produkty firmy o udoskonaloną wypraskę z tworzyw sztucznych oraz co za tym idzie udoskonaloną formę wtryskową.W ramach sprzętu B+R Wnioskodawca planuje dokonać zakupu:1. Współrzędnościowa maszyna pomiarowa 2. Skaner optyczny 3. Urządzenie pomiarowe ze skanerem laserowym Powyższy sprzęt jest niezbędny do prowadzenia prac B+R w wyżej wskazanych obszarach badawczych.
