The subject of the project is the development of Franklin’s R & D facilities in order to carry out comprehensive research on innovative components of an aircraft engine aimed at placing a finished product on the market – an engine with a reduced unladen weight, reduced fuel consumption with increased reliability as an innovative solution in the world. On the newly purchased R & D infrastructure, the company will carry out R & D activities in the following areas:1- the dynamic performance of the aeronautical piston engine associated with the microhybrid magneto-electric unit, with particular emphasis on torque testing in angular distribution using a magnetoelectric unit.2- fuel consumption test using a modern control system for regulatory parameters. 3- exhaust composition test in conjunction with the control system.4- flight test on an experimental aeroplane. The investment consists of equipping R & D facilities with the following equipment: Cessna 172-4 local aircraft, crankshaft torsion test device, engine external vibration test device, fuel flow and consumption measurement kit, dynamic position for testing of magneto-electric assembly, magneto-electric unit, magneto-electric unit controller, aeronautical accumulators AH 12V – 300 AH. — 10 pcs, commissioning the design and execution of a set of aluminum castings of the magneto-electric assembly assembly on the engine, designing and execution of an electronic engine control system – FADEC, the aeroplane’s equipment with a fuel consumption measurement system, flight parameters control system and a system of torsion vibration measurement during flight.The entire range is necessary to expand the background of the bad.-development of the company Wnioskod., necessary to guide B.     Przedmiotem projektu jest rozwój zaplecza B+R firmy Franklin w celu wykonania kompleksowych badań innowacyjnych modułów składowych silnika lotniczego zmierzających do wprowadzenia na rynek gotowego produktu - silnika o zmniejszonej masie własnej, zmniejszonym zużyciu paliwa o zwiększonej niezawodności stanowiącego rozwiązanie nowatorskie w skali światowej. Na nowo zakupionej infrastrukturze B+R firma prowadzić będzie prace B+R w następujących obszarach:1- badanie dynamicznych wielkości pracy lotniczego silnika tłokowego powiązanego z zespołem magneto-elektrycznym w mikrohybrydę, ze szczególnym naciskiem na badania momentów obrotowych w rozkładzie kątowym z zastosowaniem zespołu magnetoelektrycznego.2- badanie zużycia paliwa przy zastosowaniu nowoczesnego systemu sterowania parametrami regulacyjnymi. 3- badanie składu spalin w powiązaniu z systemem sterowania.4- badania w locie na samolocie eksperymentalnym. Inwestycja polega na wyposażeniu zaplecza B+R o następującą aparaturę: Samolot uźywany Cessna 172 - 4 miejscowy, urządzenie do badania drgań skrętnych wału korbowego, urządzenie do badań wibracji zewnętrznych silnika, zestaw do pomiaru przepływu paliwa oraz zużycia, Stanowisko dynamiczne do badań zespołu magneto-elektrycznego, zespołu magneto-elektrycznego, sterownika zespołu magneto-elektrycznego, akumulatorów lotniczych AH 12V – 300 AH. – 10 szt , zlecenie wykonania zaprojektowania i wykonania kompletu odlewów aluminiowych elementów montaźowych zespołu magneto-elektrycznego na silniku, zaprojektowania i wykonania systemu sterowania elektronicznego pracą silnika – Fadec , wyposażenie samolotu o system pomiarowy zużycia paliwa, system kontroli parametrów lotu i system pomiaru drgań skrętnych podczas lotu.Całość ww. zakresu jest niezb. aby rozbudować zaplecze bad.-rozw. firmy Wnioskod., niezbędne do prowadz. prac B+R.
