The project aims to increase the employment of unemployed and non-employed children up to the age of 3, residents of Świdnica and the Wałbrzych agglomeration. It is based on the identification of needs verified by several sources. The creation of a diagnosis is consistent — a problem preventing employment growth among people aged between 18 and 40 is the lack of opportunities to provide care for young children, especially in low-income families. This is mainly the case for women in this age group: the project will carry out two main tasks: the creation of sixteen new sites in the Mytsianegas club and take care of 26 children, ten for a period of 12 months, sixteen for 20 months in a newly created Club branch. The biggest asset for this project is the recognition and position of the Świdnica Social Cooperative Kor Children of Mytsiatlandia over the last year and a half. The commitment, experience and loyalty to all children, and the ability to understand the needs of every young person, give the Cooperatives a great advantage over the standard working bodies working in caring for the children in this everific. Our project activities will make it possible to reconcile work and family life. Achieving this objective will also be facilitated by the long duration of the club’s work — we are working daily between 5: 30-20: 30. (English)

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia wśród osób bezrobotnych i niezatrudnionych opiekującymi się dziećmi do lat 3, mieszkańców Świdnicy i Aglomeracji Wałbrzyskiej. Został on określony w oparciu o identyfikację potrzeb zweryfikowanych przez kilka źródeł. (Polish)
