Wnioskodawca, w ramach realizacji przedmiotowego projektu, dokona prac termomodernizacyjnych posiadanego obiektu, modernizacji systemu grzewczego oraz instalacji fotowoltaicznej. Jest to spójne z wytyczoną ścieżką rozwoju. Wnioskodawca dąży do ciągłego doskonalenia swojej działalności z zakresu hotelarstwa. Dokonanie znaczącej poprawy w zakresie efektywności energetycznej i ekologicznej pozwoli poprawić wizerunek Wnioskodawcy w oczach klientów, którzy dużą wagę przykładają do aspektów środowiskowych. Budynek, którego dotyczy projekt posiada dużą wartość historyczną, jest to obiekt powstały na początku XIX wieku. Obiekt, ze względu na technologię wykonania, wymaga prac modernizacyjnych z zakresu termomodernizacji. Aktualnie obiekt funkcjonuje, ale jego użytkowanie jest nieefektywne pod względem energetycznym.
