The main objective of the project is to implement organisational improvements in the GDOPs by separating the administrative tasks of GOPS from social work and services and by optimising the use of the employees of GOPS staff in the period from 01.03.2018 to 31.08.2019 to improve the quality of the service of GOPS customers. the applicant will ensure that the model separation of the administrative procedure for granting social assistance benefits from social work is used as a model to ensure that the social work is separated in accordance with the requirements of the Rules of Procedure.As part of the change of structure in GOPS, the following teams/positions will be selected: 1.First Contact Point 2.Social work 3.Services 4.The benefits to be decided. the implementation of the organisational structure will cover all persons employed in the FOPS and therefore all staff will be involved in the induction training, allowing them to go through a process of change and a new mission and vision of the work of the GOPS with the separation of social work from administrative matters and the orientation of the GDOPS to the implementation of active inclusion instruments.The project will contribute to the achievement of the following indicators for the implementation of the OP KED specific objective: 1.The number of social assistance bodies which, as a result of ESF support, have separated the tasks associated with carrying out the administrative procedure on the one hand, and the provision of social services and on the other hand 12, on the other.Number of organisational units of social assistance supported to change the organisational system — 1 (English)

    Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie usprawnień organizacyjnych w GOPS Gdów poprzez rozdzielenie zadań administracyjnych GOPS od pracysocjalnej i usług oraz poprzez optymalizację wykorzystania potencjału osób zatrudnionych w GOPS w okresie od 01.03.2018r. do 31.08.2019r. służące poprawie jakościobsługi klientów GOPS Gdów.Wnioskodawca zapewni wykorzystanie rozwiązań modelowych oddzielenia procedury administracyjnej przyznawania świadczeń pomocy społecznej od pracy socjalnej zgodnie z wymaganiami Regulaminu konkursu. W ramach zmiany struktury w GOPS zostaną wyodrębnione następujące zespoły / stanowiska:1. Ds. pierwszego kontaktu2. Ds. pracy socjalnej 3. Ds. usług 4. Ds. świadczeń przyznawanych decyzją.Wdrożenie struktury organizacyjnej obejmie wszystkie osoby zatrudnione w GOPS i w związku z tym w szkoleniu wprowadzającym wezmą udział wszyscy pracownicy, co pozwoli im lepiej przejść proces zmian i realizować nową misję i wizję pracy GOPS z oddzieleniem pracy socjalnej od spraw administracyjnej i ukierunkowaniem pracy GOPS na realizacji instrumentów aktywnej integracji. Projekt przyczyni się do osiągnięcia następujących wskaźników realizacji celu szczegółowego PO WER:1. Liczba jednostek organizacyjnych pomocy społecznej, w których w wyniku wsparcia EFS nastąpiło oddzielenie zadań związanych z prowadzeniem postępowania administracyjnego od wykonywania pracy socjalnej oraz świadczenia usług socjalnych - 12. Liczba jednostek organizacyjnych pomocy społecznej objętych wsparciem w celu zmiany systemu organizacyjnego - 1 (Polish)
