Cel główny projektu: Podniesienie kompetencji społecznych i zawodowych 60 osób w wieku 25-50lat z woj. pomorskiego poprzez ich uczestnictwo w kursach edukac. realizowanych przez pracowników dydakt. AMW w okr. 01.10.2018-31.07.2021.Realizacja celu gł. przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegół. POWER poprzez rozwijanie u 60os. w wieku 25-50lat kompetencji pozwalających na:-aktywizację społeczną i zawodową; -poszerzanie wiedzy ogólnej i specjalistycznej oraz rozwój zainteresowań; -pobudzenie aktywności edukacyjnej i kulturalnej; -zapobieganie społecznemu wykluczeniu (KD6).Udział w proj. umożliwi uzyskanie przez UP dodatkowych efektów kształc., kt. wykraczają poza uzyskaną dotychczas przez nich wiedzę w trybie formalnym i nieformalnych, a także są oczekiwane w środowisku lokalnym oraz na regionalnym rynku pracy.
