The main objective of the project is to increase the practical competences expected by the labour market in 80 ST (50K;30M) direction PRwB lower stationary and part-time mode WITH participation in the PROGRAM of effective internships offered by the WSB until 31.10.2017. The main results are:80 ST PRwB, whose competences have increased through practical elements during 3-month traineeships28 800 hours of trainees’ work The project target group is 80 ST of PRwB (50K;30M); Stationary and part-time mode, non-working and working, age>21 (in the case of ST foreigners >16), education min. above), who in the academic year 2016/2017 will be on the last 2 semesters of first-degree studies. The target group as an entity will also be WSB, 2-department non-public university, more than 12000 students, min. 100 ST at full-time studies. The main tasks will increase the practical competences of PRwB students expected by employers, through the organisation of high-quality effective 80 national traineeships, lasting for at least 3 months or 360 h facilitating ST entry into the labour market. Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost praktycznych kompetencji oczekiwanych przez rynek pracy u 80 ST (50K;30M) kierunku PRwB I stopnia trybu stacjonarnego i niestacjonarnego POPRZEZ udział w PROGRAMIE EFEKTYWNYCH STAŻY oferowanym przez WSB do 31.10.2017. Główne rezultaty to:80 ST PRwB, u których wzrosły kompetencje poprzez elementy praktyczne podczas 3-miesięcznych staży28 800 godz. pracy stażystów Grupa docelowa projektu to 80 ST kierunku PRwB (50K;30M); ST trybu stacjonarnego i niestacjonarnego, niepracujący i pracujący, wiek>21 (w przypadku ST cudzoziemców >16), wykształcenie min. ponadgim.), którzy w roku akademickim 2016/2017 będą na 2 ostatnich semestrach studiów I stopnia. Grupą docelową jako podmiot będzie również WSB, uczelnia niepubliczna 2-wydziałowa, powyżej 12000 studentów, min. 100 ST na studiach stacjonarnych. Główne zadania to podniesie praktycznych kompetencji u studentów PRwB oczekiwanych przez pracodawców, poprzez organizację wysokiej jakości efektywnych 80 staży krajowych, trwających min. 3 miesiące czyli 360 h ułatwiających ST wejście na rynek pracy.
