The general objective of the project is to increase the practical competences expected by the labour market in 36 ST (30K, 6M) direction FIR I degree of stationary and part-time mode WITH participation in the PROGRAM of effective traineeships offered by WSB EC until 31.10.2018. The main results are:36 ST FIR, whose competences have increased through practical elements during 3-month traineeships12960 hours of traineeships The target group of the project is 36 ST of FIR (30K, 6M, ST not working and working, age>21, education, min. upper secondary education) of stationary and part-time mode, who in the academic year 2017/18 will be on the last two semesters of first degree studies. The target group as an entity will also be WSB EC, a non-public university, 2-departmental, academic, more than 12000 students [ST], min. 100 ST in full-time studies. The main tasks will increase practical competences with students of WSB EC Finance and Accounting in Opole expected by employers, through the organisation of high-quality effective 36 national traineeships, lasting for at least 3 months or 360 hours, which will facilitate ST entering the labour market. Celem ogólnym projektu jest wzrost praktycznych kompetencji oczekiwanych przez rynek pracy u 36 ST (30K, 6M) kierunku FiR I stopnia trybu stacjonarnego i niestacjonarnego POPRZEZ udział w PROGRAMIE EFEKTYWNYCH STAŻY oferowanym przez WSB WE do 31.10.2018. Główne rezultaty to:36 ST FiR, u których wzrosły kompetencje poprzez elementy praktyczne podczas 3-miesięcznych staży12960 godz. pracy stażystów Grupa docelowa projektu to 36 ST kierunku FiR (30K, 6M, ST niepracujący i pracujący, wiek>21, wykształcenie min. ponadgimnazjalne) trybu stacjonarnego i niestacjonarnego, którzy w roku akademickim 2017/18 będą na dwóch ostatnich semestrach studiów I stopnia. Grupą docelową jako podmiot będzie również WSB WE, uczelnia niepubliczna 2-wydziałowa, akademicka, powyżej 12000 studentów [ST], min. 100 ST na studiach stacjonarnych. Główne zadania to podniesie praktycznych kompetencji u studentów Finansów i Rachunkowości WSB WE w Opolu oczekiwanych przez pracodawców, poprzez organizację wysokiej jakości efektywnych 36 staży krajowych, trwających min. 3 miesiące czyli 360 godzin, które ułatwią ST wejście na rynek pracy.
