The main objective of the project is to increase competences tailored to the needs of the labour market in at least 106 full-time students/secondary studies in the fields of Technical and Information Education and Computer Science implemented at the Pedagogical University of the National Education Commission by sending 117 people to high-quality traineeships by the end of December 2017. Graduates of these courses are important staff of the developing economy. With participation in the project, at least 106 people will increase their competences by participating in high-quality traineeships. Internship programmes will coincide with the course of study, so that students/children will acquire new skills and develop existing skills by using them in the working environment. In order to effectively implement traineeships, cooperation with a wide range of companies and institutions representing the labour market will be established. Students/students taking part in the project will receive support in the form of a 3-month internship programme of 120 h per month. All traineeships will comply with the principles of the Polish Quality Framework for Traineeships and Practice and the Recommendation of the Council of the European Union on the quality framework for traineeships. The student/ka will choose the placement place himself, but he will be offered an extensive base of companies. The internship programme will be consulted with the Caretaker from the UP and the trainee. The trainees will be cared for by a designated Mentor who is an employee of the host institution for an internship. After completion of the internship, he will complete a feedback questionnaire for the trainee. It will contain questions concerning, among others, assessment of individual competences in the student(s), recommended development directions. The survey will be an excellent source of knowledge about the assessment of your person. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji dostosowanych do potrzeb rynku pracy u co najmniej 106 studentów/-ek studiów stacjonarnych I i II stopnia na kierunkach Edukacja Techniczno-Informatyczna oraz Informatyka realizowanych w Uniwersytecie Pedagogicznym im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej poprzez skierowanie 117 osób na wysokiej jakości staże do końca grudnia 2017 r. Projekt skierowany jest do studentów/ek kierunków Edukacja Techniczno-Informatyczna oraz Informatyka. Absolwenci tych kierunków stanowią istotne kadry rozwijającej się gospodarki. Dzięki udziałowi w Projekcie co najmniej 106 osoby podniesie swoje kompetencje poprzez udział w wysokiej jakości stażach. Programy staży będą zbieżne z realizowanym kierunkiem studiów, dzięki czemu studenci/tki nabędą nowe umiejętności i rozwiną dotychczasowe poprzez wykorzystanie ich w środowisku pracy. W celu skutecznej realizacji staży zostanie nawiązana współpraca z szeroką grupą firm i instytucji reprezentujących rynek pracy. Studenci/tki biorący udział w projekcie otrzymają wsparcie w postaci realizacji programu 3-miesięcznych staży w wymiarze 120 h miesięcznie. Wszystkie staże będą spełniać zasady Polskich Ramy Jakości Staży i Praktyk oraz Zalecenia Rady Unii Europejskiej w sprawie ram jakości staży. Wyboru miejsca stażu student/ka dokona samodzielnie, przy czym zostanie mu zaproponowana rozbudowana baza firm. Program stażu będzie konsultowany z Opiekunem ze strony UP i stażystą. Opiekę nad stażystami będzie sprawował wyznaczony Mentor będący pracownikiem instytucji przyjmującej na staż. Po zakończeniu realizacji stażu wypełni on ankietę feedbackową dot. stażysty. Będzie ona zawierać pytania dot. m.in. oceny poszczególnych kompetencji u studenta/tki, zalecanych kierunków rozwoju. Ankieta będzie dla studenta/tki doskonałym źródłem wiedzy o ocenie swojej osoby.
