The purpose of the project is to invest in machinery and equipment in order to implement a new production technology for the activities of the applicant, resulting in the implementation of a new production technology for the product offer of the company, with the additional function of the direction indicator lamps, which are currently not produced by any establishment in Poland. The material scope of the project consists of the purchase of tangible fixed assets to be installed at the Applicant’s premises in the facility in Gękowick, which will constitute the ‘technological thrust’ of a new type of side-marker lamp with a direction indicator. The customers of this type of lamps planned to be introduced into the company’s bid will include, inter alia, automotive and agricultural wholesalers as well as manufacturers of trucks, buses, tractors, semi-trailers and trailers. A new selection is planned to be made available not only on the local and national market, but due to the high degree of innovation in the product primarily on the international markets. The direct effect of the project will be to implement the new technology business (process innovation — known, but not used in Poland) of a completely new type of lamp type (product innovation — unknown and not used in Poland), which will be characterised by: — One new lamp will consume 50-70 % of energy consumption than two separate lamps (end-outline marker and direction indicator) — larger by around 50 % neon surface area, resulting in a significant increase in the visibility of the vehicle in extremely difficult driving conditions; 50 % use of material.     Przedmiot projektu obejmuje dokonanie inwestycji w maszyny i urządzenia celem wdrożenia do działalności Wnioskodawcy nowej technologii produkcji skutkującej wdrożeniem do oferty produktowej przedsiębiorstwa WAS nowej grupy lamp pozycyjnych bocznych wraz z dodatkową funkcją kierunkowskazu, które obecnie nie są produkowane przez żaden zakład w Polsce. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje zakup rzeczowych środków trwałych, które zostaną zainstalowane w siedzibie Wnioskodawcy w zakładzie w Godzikowicach, które stanowić będą „ciąg technologiczny” nowego typu lampy obrysowej bocznej z funkcją kierunkowskazu. Odbiorcami tego typu lamp, planowanych do wprowadzenia do oferty przedsiębiorstwa Wnioskodawca w wyniku realizacji projektu będą m.in. hurtownie motoryzacyjne oraz rolnicze, a także producenci samochodów ciężarowych, autobusów, ciągników, naczep i przyczep. Planowane jest udostępnienie nowego asortymentu nie tylko na rynku lokalnym i krajowym, ale z uwagi na wysoką innowacyjność produktu przede wszystkim na rynkach międzynarodowych. Bezpośrednim efektem projektu będzie wdrożenie do działalności przedsiębiorstwa nowej technologii (innowacyjność procesowa – znana, jednak niestosowana w Polsce) całkowicie nowego typu lamp (innowacyjność produktowa – nieznanego i niestosowanego w Polsce), które w porównaniu do obecnie stosowanych rozwiązań będą charakteryzowały się: - Jedna nowa lampa będzie zużywała 50-70% poboru energii niż dwie osobne lampy (obrysowa i kierunkowskazu) - Większą o ok. 50% powierzchnią świetlną typu „neon”, co wiąże się ze znacznym wzrostem widoczności pojazdu w skrajnie trudnych warunkach drogowych, - Mniejszą o ok. 50% materiałochłonnością.
