The place of implementation of the project will be Trzebnica. The project is a new investment and its aim is to create a modern dental clinic in Trzebnica equipped with innovative medical and IT equipment of the highest quality. For the establishment of the clinic it is necessary to carry out construction works adapting the existing premises to the needs of dental services (finishing of the interior of the operating premises in the scope of walls, floors, ceiling, ventilation and air conditioning) and for use by disabled persons, purchase of dental equipment (innovative unit and tomograph, microscope, microscope, small radiology for small photos) and IT equipment for modern patient handling (server, network drive, 4 computers, computers, router, ups, ups). The aim of the project is to establish a modern office providing both basic dental services in the field of conservative dentistry with advanced microscopic and aesthetic endodontics, paediatric dentistry, prevention and hygiene as well as the development of specialised services, i.e. orthodontics, dental surgery, implantology, dental prosthetics, advanced dental Rentgendiagnostics CBCT; IT’S AN OPG. Miejscem realizacji projektu będzie Trzebnica. Przedmiotowy Projekt to nowa inwestycja, a jej celem jest utworzenie w Trzebnicy nowoczesnej kliniki stomatologicznej wyposażonej w innowacyjny sprzęt medyczny i IT o najwyższej jakości. Do powstania kliniki niezbędne jest wykonanie robót budowlanych dostosowujących istniejący lokal do potrzeb usług stomatologicznych (wykończenie wnętrza posiadanego lokalu użytkowego w zakresie ścian, podłóg, sufitu, wentylacji i klimatyzacji) oraz do korzystania przez osoby niepełnosprawne, zakup sprzętu dentystycznego (innowacyjny unit oraz tomograf, mikroskop, mała radiologia do wykonywania małych zdjęć) oraz sprzętu IT do nowoczesnej obsługi pacjenta (serwer, dysk sieciowy, 4 komputery stacjonarne, router, ups, 2 monitory lcd, zabezpieczenie antywirusowe, innowacyjne oprogramowanie do zarządzania kliniką i do utworzenia elektronicznej karty pacjenta na 4 stanowiska pracy). Przedsięwzięcie ma na celu utworzenie nowoczesnego gabinetu świadczącego zarówno podstawowe usługi stomatologiczne z zakresu stomatologii zachowawczej z zaawansowaną endodoncją mikroskopowa i estetycznej, stomatologii dziecięcej, profilaktyka i higienizacja jak również rozwój usług specjalistycznych tj. ortodoncji, chirurgii stomatologicznej, implantologii, protetyki stomatologicznej, zaawansowanej rentgenodiagnostyki stomatologicznej CBCT ; OPG. Odbiorcami projektu będą mieszkańcy Trzebnicy oraz inni pacjenci, którzy będą chcieli skorzystać z usług kliniki bez względu na wiek, płeć, pochodzenie itp (Polish)
