As a result of the project, the applicant will start the production of the first complete device in its history – a 3D printer of its own design – with technical and functional properties not currently available on the Polish market. This will be tantamount to expansion of current business and diversification of sales. The subject of the project is the implementation in Sacher of product innovation in the form of a new device – a 3D printer. The new product will be an innovation at the level of the country (currently there are no products with similar or similar possibilities and parameters on the market). The applicant independently developed the construction of the new device, verified its operation at the prototype level and prepared the implementation for production. The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of Sacher, and the specific objectives leading to its achievement (and at the same time the expected results) are: — increasing the innovation of the company and the number of innovations used in its activities; — implementation of product innovation in the company in the form of a new device – an innovative 3D printer of its own design, developed in the R & D department operating in the Company; — increasing employment in the enterprise; — diversification of the company’s production; — launching a completely new production process; These goals will be achieved by starting the production of a completely new product – a spatial printing device based on a self-developed design. The product will be addressed to individual and business customers from Poland and for export. The start of production will be possible thanks to the purchase of machines and devices and software, using which the production process of new products will be implemented. W wyniku realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca rozpocznie produkcję pierwszego w swojej historii kompletnego urządzenia – drukarki 3D własnej konstrukcji – o właściwościach technicznych i funkcjonalnych niedostępnych aktualnie na polskim rynku. Będzie to równoznaczne z rozszerzeniem aktualnej działalności oraz dywersyfikacją sprzedaży. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie w Spółce SACHER innowacji produktowej w postaci nowego urządzenia – drukarki 3D. Nowy produkt będzie stanowił innowację na poziomie kraju (aktualnie na rynku nie występują produkty o analogicznych lub zbliżonych możliwościach i parametrach). Wnioskodawca samodzielnie opracował konstrukcję nowego urządzenia, zweryfikował jego funkcjonowanie na poziomie prototypu oraz przygotował wdrożenie do produkcji. Celem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności Spółki SACHER, a celami szczegółowymi prowadzącymi do jego osiągnięcia (i jednocześnie zakładanymi efektami realizacji) są: - zwiększenie innowacyjności przedsiębiorstwa oraz ilości stosowanych w jego działalności innowacji; - wdrożenie w przedsiębiorstwie innowacji produktowej w postaci nowego urządzenia – innowacyjnej drukarki 3D własnej konstrukcji, opracowanej w dziale B+R funkcjonującym w Spółce; - zwiększenie zatrudnienia w przedsiębiorstwie; - dywersyfikacja produkcji przedsiębiorstwa; - uruchomienie całkowicie nowego procesu produkcyjnego; Cele te zostaną osiągnięte dzięki rozpoczęciu produkcji całkowicie nowego produktu – urządzenia do druku przestrzennego bazującego na samodzielnie opracowanej konstrukcji. Produkt będzie skierowany do odbiorców indywidualnych i biznesowych z Polski oraz na eksport. Rozpoczęcie produkcji będzie możliwe dzięki zakupowi maszyn i urządzeń oraz oprogramowania, z wykorzystaniem których realizowany będzie proces produkcji nowych produktów.
