Spółka Prusice PS Energetyka Odnawialna Sp. z o.o., Gmina Malczyce oraz Gmina Oborniki Śląskie realizują projekt pod nazwą: „Projekt grantowy - wsparcie produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych w Gminie Prusice, Gminie Malczyce i Gminie Oborniki Śląskie”. Spółka komunalna Prusice PS Energetyka Odnawialna Sp. z o.o. świadczy usługi na rzecz Gminy Prusice oraz lokalnej społeczności. Wnioskodawca w ramach realizacji projektu będzie pośredniczył w procesie udzielania wsparcia w postaci grantów na budowę mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych oraz pomoc ciepła (w nielicznych przypadkach) przez beneficjentów ostatecznych. Budowa mikroinstalacji służyć ma wytwarzaniu energii z OZE tj. energii słonecznej. W związku z otrzymanym dofinansowaniem 85% jego wartości stanowić będzie koszt grantów. Pozostała część, tj. 15% zostanie rozdysponowana przez Wnioskodawcę na koszty wynikające z organizacji i prowadzenia projektu grantowego. Wszystkie zaplanowane wydatki stanowią niezbędne narzędzie służące realizacji projektu, jego koordynacji oraz zachowaniu trwałości po jego zakończeniu. Wnioskodawca zaplanował tylko niezbędne wydatki, a ich wysokość oszacowana została z zachowaniem wszelkich zasad funkcjonalności i racjonalności. W ramach planowania budżetu uwzględnione zostały następujące kategorie kosztów: przygotowanie dokumentacji projektu, usługi doradcze, informacja i promocja. Wśród kosztów zadaniowych znalazły się również wydatki związane z prowadzeniem działań promocyjno-informacyjnych, które są obowiązkowe dla każdego projektu. Poniesienie planowanych wydatków składa się na realizację głównego zadania: Realizacja projektu grantowego. Budowa przedmiotowych instalacji będzie służyła realizacji potrzeb własnych Grantobiorców. W rezultacie realizacji inwestycji otrzymają oni ekologiczne i energooszczędne źródło energii pochodzące z odnawialnego źródła energii w postaci energii słonecznej. Prusice PS Energetyka Odnawialna Sp. z o.o., the Municipality of Malczyce and the Municipality of Oborniki Śląskie carry out a project called: Grant project – support for the production of renewable energy in the Municipality of Prusice, Malczyce and the Municipality of Oborniki Śląskie. The municipal company Prusice PS Energetyka Odnawialna Sp. z o.o. provides services to the Prusice Municipality and the local community. As part of the project implementation, the applicant will mediate in the process of providing support in the form of grants for the construction of photovoltaic micro-installations and heat aid (in few cases) by final beneficiaries. The construction of micro-installations is intended to generate energy from RES, i.e. solar energy. As a result of the funding received, 85 % of its value will be the cost of grants. The remainder, i.e. 15 % will be allocated by the Applicant to costs arising from the organisation and running of the grant project. All planned expenditure is an essential tool for the implementation, coordination and sustainability of the project. The applicant has only planned the necessary expenditure and its amount has been estimated in accordance with all principles of functionality and rationality. The following cost categories have been taken into account in the budget planning: preparation of project documentation, advisory services, information and promotion. The task costs also include expenditure related to the implementation of promotional and information activities, which are mandatory for each project. The expenditure planned shall consist of carrying out the main task of: Implementation of the grant project. The construction of these installations will serve to meet the needs of the grantees. As a result, they will receive a green and energy-efficient energy source from renewable energy sources in the form of solar energy.
