    Wzrost praktycznych kompetencji oczekiwanych przez rynek pracy u 52 studentów [ST] (28K, 24M) kierunku Finanse i Rachunkowość (FIR) trybu stacjonarnego I stopnia oraz 62 ST (33K, 29M) kierunku Logistyka (LOG) trybu stacjonarnego I stopnia POPRZEZ udział w PROGRAMIE EFEKTYWNYCH STAŻY oferowanych przez Wyższą Szkołę Bankową we Wrocławiu [WSB] do 30.09.2019.Główne rezultaty to 114ST FIR i LOG, u których wzrosły kompetencje poprzez elementy praktyczne podczas staży.Grupa docelowa projektu to 120 ST kierunku FIR i LOG (ST niepracujący i pracujący, wiek>20, w przypadku cudzoziemców>16, wykształ.min. ponadgimnazjalne) trybu stacjonarnego, którzy w roku akadem. ‘17/’18 i ‘18/’19 będą na III roku (5 i 6 sem.) trybu stacjonarnego. Główne zadania to podniesie praktycznych kompetencji u studentów FIR i LOG oczekiwanych przez pracodawców, poprzez organizację wysokiej jakości efektywnych 120 staży krajowych, które ułatwią ST wejście na rynek pracy.WSB jako Wnioskodawca jest szkołą wyższą niepubliczną kształcącą co najmniej 100 ST na studiach stacjonarnych (WSB nie jest uczelnią o statusie państwowej wyższej szkoły zawod. lub niepubliczną wyższą szkołą zawodową objętą projektem pozakonkursowym „Program praktyk zawodowych w Państwowych Wyższych Szkołach Zawodowych”) -KD1.Zaplanowane działania, czyli programy stażowe w ramach projektu uwzględniają zalecenia zawarte w Zaleceniu Rady w sprawie ram jakości staży (10.03.14,2014/C88/01) -KD12.Zakres przedmiotowy stażu związany będzie bezpośrednio z efektami kształcenia na prowadzonych przez uczelnię kierunkach FIR i LOG i zapewnia ich praktyczne wykorzystanie w toku zadań wykonywanych na stażu –KD10.Okres realizacji projektu wynosi 24 m-ce, czyli co najmniej 12 m-cy i nie przekracza 24 m-cy –KD4.
