Kozanowska 28.The way of implementing the project There is no harmful impact on the environment – the facility is located in a large housing estate, where residents are constantly staying, so the nature of the use of the premises and its surroundings will coincide with the existing one.All actions carried out as part of the renovation work and the current use of the infrastructure will be carried out in accordance with the applicable law. The investor will ensure proper disposal of repair waste and waste arising during the operation of the facility (proper waste management will be commissioned to a specialised company). Who will implement the project – The applicant will carry out the project independently. The project will not be implemented with the participation of other entities (there is no partner or external infrastructure operator) and will not be implemented in the form of public-legal partnerships.The applicant has experience in conducting crèche activities.     Przedmiotem inwestycji jest utworzenie nowej placówki żłobka z możliwością opieki nad 41 dziećmi,poprzez remont i adaptacja istniejącego lokalu na potrzeby prowadzenia działalności opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3.Zakres inwestycji obejmuje:a) prace remontowo - budowlane (elewacja, podjazd dla osób niepełnosprawnych oraz prace wewnętrzne w celu spełniania wymogów prawnych dla tego typu placówek (zgodnie z projektem)b) wyposażenie lokalu w środki trwałe typu meble, sprzęt kuchenny oraz wyposażenie drobne np.zabawki itd.c) przygotowanie ogrodzonego placu zabaw na terenie przed lokalem Projekt umożliwi objęcie opieką żłobkową dodatkowych 41 dzieci w wieku do lat 3.Informacje na temat zakresu prac, szczegółowej specyfikacji zakupywanego sprzętu / wyposażenia /robót budowlanych oraz usług znajdują się w załączniku nr. 10.1.1.Lokalizacja Projekt będzie realizowany w budynku na ul. Kozanowskiej 28.Sposób realizacji projektu Nie przewiduje się żadnego szkodliwego oddziaływania na środowisko – obiekt znajduje się na terenie dużego osiedla mieszkaniowego, w którym stale przebywają mieszkańcy, więc charakter wykorzystania lokalu, jak i jego otoczenia, będzie zbieżny z dotychczasowym.Wszystkie dziania prowadzane w ramach prac remontowych i bieżącego wykorzystania powstałej infrastruktury będą prowadzane zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem. Inwestor zadba o właściwą utylizację odpadów remontowych i odpadów powstających w trakcie funkcjonowania obiektu(właściwe gospodarowanie odpadami zostanie zlecone wyspecjalizowanej firmie). Kto będzie realizował projekt - Wnioskodawca będzie realizował projekt samodzielnie.
