The main objective of the project is to acquire certified professional competences/qualifications by 205 students of the Faculty of Construction, Architecture and Environmental Engineering of the University of Zielona Góra (including 89 women – min.43 %) and to prepare them for effective functioning on the labour market in accordance with the needs and needs of the regional economy. The target group are students approaching the entry into the labour market of full-time and part-time studies of grades 1 and 2 (especially those attending the last 2 semesters), studying in 4 courses: >architecture >architecture and urban planning >construction >environmental engineering. Within the framework of education programmes with a general academic or practical profile, tailored to the needs of the economy, labour market and society, raising competences in key areas for the economy and development of the country (training orientated on improvement of professional, communication, entrepreneurship, IT and analytical competences) – a total of 205 people (including 89 women) will obtain or raise qualifications attested by a certificate in terms of: (1) Energy-efficient construction (2) building rights (3) photovoltaic systems (4) heat pumps (5) design using computer programs (for costing in construction; AutoCAD Structural Detailing; CAD 2D; CAD 3D; Autodex Revit Architecture; Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis/concrete structures; Autodesk Advance Steel in the Autocad environment) – for all participants of the project to choose from at least 1 training. In addition, 150 people studying in the area of energy engineering, building rights, photovolt systems or heat pumps will strengthen the acquired competence by participating in activities carried out in cooperation with employers (workshops and study visits). Celem głównym projektu jest nabycie certyfikowanych kompetencji / kwalifikacji zawodowych przez 205 studentów Wydziału Budownictwa, Architektury i Inżynierii Środowiska Uniwersytetu Zielonogórskiego (w tym min.89 kobiet –min.43%) oraz przygotowanie ich do efektywnego funkcjonowania na rynku pracy zgodnie ze zdiagnozowanymi u nich potrzebami i potrzebami regionalnej gospodarki. Grupą docelową są zbliżający się do wejścia na rynek pracy studenci studiów stacjonarnych i niestacjonarnych 1. i 2. stopnia (zwłaszcza uczęszczający na 2 ostatnie semestry), kształcący się na 4 kierunkach: >architektura >architektura i urbanistyka >budownictwo >inżynieria środowiska. W ramach programów kształcenia o profilu ogólnoakademickim lub praktycznym, dostosowanych do potrzeb gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa, podnoszącym kompetencje w obszarach kluczowych dla gospodarki i rozwoju kraju (szkolenia zorient. na doskonalenie kompetencji zawodowych, komunikacyjnych, dot. przedsiębiorczości, informatycznych i analitycznych) – ogółem 205 osób (w tym 89 kobiet) uzyska lub podniesie kwalifikacje potwierdzone certyfikatem w zakresie: (1) budownictwa energooszczędnego (2) uprawnień budowlanych (3) systemów fotowoltaicznych (4) pomp ciepła (5) projektowania z wykorzystaniem programów komputerowych (do kosztorysowania w budownictwie; AutoCAD Structural Detailing; CAD 2D; CAD 3D; Autodeks Revit Architecture; Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis/konstrukcje żelbetowe; Autodesk Advance Steel w środowisku Autocad) – dla wszystkich uczestników projektu do wyboru min. 1 szkolenie. Ponadto 150 osób kształcących się w zakr. budownictwa energooszcz., uprawnień budowl., systemów fotowolt. lub pomp ciepła ugruntuje nabyte kompetencje przez udział w działaniach realizowanych we współpracy z pracodawcami (zajęcia warsztatowe i wizyty studyjne).
