The project covers the implementation of support in the period:01.09.2016-31.12.2017 for 9JST voivodships. Young people and their 105 employees in the following areas: 1. Implementation of solutions to improve the efficiency of the management of domain services in the area of taxation and local charges in terms of: a) digitising the tax handling and settlement automation process by launching e-services in the above-mentioned area in each of the 9JST and implementing applications allowing full automation of these services together with settlements; B) improving access to inf. on how the case is handled and handled by implementing an API for the exchange of tax and local charges data in 9 JST; C) Improving the competence of the work. 9 JST on the provision of services in the area of fees and taxes, including e-services. 2. Implementation of developments improving the efficiency of management services in the area of real estate management, in particular as regards the management of premises used, i.e.: a) solutions to improve access to administrative services.by launching e-services in the above-mentioned area in 9 JST and implementing applications that allow the electronication and automation of real estate management in Offices. b) solutions improving access to inf. on premises and land real estate for investments by implementing in 9JST services of each JST of the Investor Portal. d) Improving the competence of 9JST personnel in the area of real estate management, servicing of administrative services in this area. In addition, due to the necessity of infrastr. inform. Projekt obejmuje realizację wsparcia w okresie:01.09.2016-31.12.2017 dla 9JST woj. Młp. i ich 105 pracowników w obszarach: 1. Wdrożenie rozwiązań poprawiających efektywność zarządzania usługami dziedzinowymi w obszarze podatków i opłat lokalnych w zakresie: a) elektronizacji procesu obsł. podatkowej i automatyzacji rozliczeń przez uruchomienie e-usług w w/w obszarze w każdej z 9JST i wdrożenie aplikacji pozwalających na pełną automatyzacje tych usług wraz z dokonywaniem rozliczeń; b) poprawę dostępności do inf. o sposobie załatwienia i przebiegu sprawy poprzez wdrożenie interfejsu API do wymiany danych systemu podatków i opłat lokalnych– w 9 JST; c) doskonalenie kompetencji prac. 9 JST dot.świadczenia usług w obszarze opłat i podatków, w tym e-usług. 2. Wdrożenie rozw. poprawiających efektywność zarządz. usługami w obszarze zarządzania nieruchomościami, w szczególności w zakresie gospodarowania lokalami użytkowanymi tj.: a) rozwiązań poprawiających dostęp do usług administr.przez uruchomienie e-usług w w/w obszarze w 9 JST i wdrożenie aplikacji pozwalających na elektronizację i automatyzację zarządzania nieruchomościami w Urzędach. b) rozwiązań poprawiających dostęp inf. o lokalach użytkowych i nieruchomościach gruntowych przeznaczonych pod inwestycje poprzez wdrożenie w 9JST każdej JST Portalu Inwestora. d) doskonalenie kompetencji kadr 9JST w zakr. zarządzania nieruchomościami, obsługi usług administracyjnych w tm zakr.w tym e-usług 3. Dodatkowo w związku z koniecznością dost. infrastr. inform.Urzędu do wymogów techn. planowanego Sys. Informat., projekt założył również zakup odp. sprzętu informat.. JST (gminy: Moszczenica, Sękowa, Stryszawa, Trzciana, Gorlice, Ropa, Biecz i miastach: Bochnia i Gorlice) zostaną objęte wsparciem ze względu na deficyty w infrastrukturze informatycznej, a tym samym brak możliwości świadczenia e-usług na wysokim poziomie.
