The aim and main objective of the project is to enable non-invasive diagnosis of respiratory dysfunction in infants and young children and in people who have different types of diagnostics for different reasons. The segments included in the diagnostic equipment shall be able to analyse the following parameters: — respiratory volume, – FRC (active respiratory volume) and non-homogenicity of ventilation, – LCI (lung clearenace index) and SNIII analysis, – measurement of FRC using nitrogen leaching method, – optional measurement of FeNO, capnography, oxymetries and measurement of respiratory resistance using occlusion method. The project is intended for medical staff – doctors, electroradiology technicians, who will perform the examination in the main target group, i.e. infants, young children and people whose other type of diagnosis is impossible for various reasons. The project results in early detection of respiratory dysfunction in the above-mentioned patients (whose detection is not possible using other non-invasive methods) and monitoring of the disease process and possible modification of treatment of rare diseases, including cystic fibrosis. The effect is to improve the quality of diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of chronic respiratory diseases. The use of this method is used in the assessment of the respiratory function of prematurely born newborns. These objectives can only be achieved by purchasing the equipment that is the subject of the project. The purchase is planned for the first quarter of 2016. As a result of the realisation of the investment will increase the competitive position of the Company, attractiveness of the offer, and joining the leading diagnostic centres in the world. (English)

Wchodzące w skład sprzętu diagnostycznego segmenty powinny mieć możliwość analizy następujących parametrów: - objętości oddechowej, - FRC (czynnościowej objętości oddechowej) i niehomogenności wentylacji, - LCI (lung clearenace index) i analizy SnIII, - pomiar FRC przy zastosowaniu metody wypłukiwania azotu, - opcjonalnie pomiar FeNO, kapnografię, oxymetrie i pomiar oporu dróg oddechowych metodą okluzji. (Polish)
