The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company by introducing a new service consisting of rapid repairs of small parking damage. Many car body damage is due to minor dents caused during parking, reversing or excessive opening of the door. They are usually repaired by padding the sheets, applying putty and lacquer layers. It is a costly and time-consuming process that excludes the car from use n 1-2 days. Additional layers of lacquer at the sale of the car reduce its value as they are considered to be evidence of car accident. However, many of these dents can be repaired quickly and without Smart Repair coating. And even if the damaged lacquer coating requires a new lacquer, you can do so on a point rather than by lacquering the entire surface. This is the position Smart Repair is the subject of this project. The purchase of a lifter, compressor and a specialised vacuum cleaner will allow you to start a stationary station, where the car will be raised quickly to the right height and within a short time will be repaired in the above minor damages. When there is no need for spot-painting, such a process can take up to tens of minutes and the owner can use the car again. At a time when a car is essential for many families, a faster and cheaper repair process will allow you to gain many new customers. It will also allow for significant savings both for the company itself (lower use of materials) and for the environment (less lacquers). Celem projektu jest podniesienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa poprzez wprowadzenie na rynek nowej usługi polegającej na błyskawicznych naprawach drobnych szkód parkingowych. Wiele uszkodzeń karoserii samochodowych to wynik drobnych wgnieceń powstałych w trakcie parkowania, cofania czy zbyt gwałtownego otwierania drzwi. Zazwyczaj są one naprawiane poprzez wyklepywanie blachy, nakładanie szpachli i warstw lakierniczych. Jest to kosztowny i czasochłonny proces, wyłączający auto z użycia n 1-2 dni. Dodatkowe warstwy lakieru przy sprzedaży auta obniżają jego wartość jako że są uznawane za dowód wypadkowości wozu. Tymczasem wiele z tych wgnieceń można naprawić szybko i bez lakierowania metodą Smart Repair. A nawet, gdy naruszona powłoka lakieru wymaga naniesienia nowego lakieru, można to zrobić wówczas punktowo a nie przez lakierowanie całej powierzchni. Takie właśnie stanowisko Smart Repair jest przedmiotem tego projektu. Zakup podnośnika, sprężarki i specjalistycznego odkurzacza pozwolą na uruchomienie stacjonarnego stanowiska, gdzie auto zostanie szybko podniesione na odpowiednią wysokość i w przeciągu krótkiego czasu naprawi się w/w drobne uszczerbki. Gdy nie ma konieczności stosowania punktowego lakierowania, taki proces może trwać nawet tylko kilkadziesiąt minut i właściciel znów może użytkować wóz. W czasach, gdy samochód jest niezbędny do funkcjonowania wielu rodzinom, szybszy i tańszy proces naprawczy pozwoli zyskać wielu nowych klientów. Pozwoli także na znaczne oszczędności zarówno dla samej firmy (mniejsze zużycie materiałów) jak i dla środowiska naturalnego (mniej lakierów). W efekcie firma będzie mogła obsługiwać więcej klientów oraz przyciągnąć nowe grupy z dalszych obszarów województwa dolnośląskiego. (Polish)
