The project aims to increase the employability of young people by 29 who are unemployed in the district of Wąbrze. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by at least 43 % of participants not eligible for any of the target groups, at least 17 % of participants with disabilities, at least 48 % of low-skilled participants and at least 35 % of participants long-term unemployment. The project will support people up to the year 29 qualified for aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II, who do not participate in education and training. (the so-called NEETs) as defined by NEETs in the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020. As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant, which will be preceded by analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, appropriate services and instruments will be implemented. The project will provide active forms of combating unemployment, such as: traineeships concluded for the period from 3-12 mc., training vouchers and training where the final result will be to gain new professional qualifications (25 persons), or acquire new professional competences (20 persons), one-off measures for starting a business, vouchers for settlement and retrofitting of the workplace for the unemployed. Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 r. ż. pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wąbrzeskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrud. przez co najmniej 43% uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z grup docelowych, co najmniej 17% uczestników z niepełnosprawnościami, co najmniej 48% uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz co najmniej 35% uczestników długotrwale bezrob. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby do 29 r.ż. zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu. (tzw. młodzież NEET) zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjęta w programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej, która zostanie poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie będą realizowane odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty r.p. W ramach projektu dostępne będą aktywne formy przeciwdziałania bezrobociu takie jak: staże zawierane na okres od 3-12 mc., bony szkoleniowe oraz szkolenia gdzie finalnym efektem będzie uzyskanie przez uczestników nowych kwalifikacji zawodowych(25 osób),bądź nabycie nowych kompetencji zawodowych(20 osób), jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, bony na zasiedlenie oraz doposażenie stanowiska miejsca pracy dla osoby bezrobotnej.
